CLARINET
I offer online clarinet lessons for any age and level, in various styles such as Classical, Jazz or Folk.

We will cover musical interpretation and the instrument technique helping you to understand how the clarinet works and to produce a beautiful sound.

I will introduce you to a simple and effective study method that will allow you to reach your most ambitious goals.

The class can be structured based on your needs, goals and learning curve, everyone is a little different, this is why the study program will be personalised in order to learn in a light, fun and effective way.

MUSIC THEORY:
In this course, we will look behind the scene and have a complete understanding of how music works, as well as essential musician skills like reading music.

KEY READING AND RHYTHM:
From reading the first notes on the staff to advanced, contemporary notation, you will learn to read music fast with personalised exercises and study material.

EAR TRAINING:
I will teach you to recognise sounds like you recognise colours.

My name is Federico and I am a professional and Award Winning saxophone player.
I worked at Koninklijk Conservatorium of Bruxelles as an Assistant Professor of Jeroen Van Herzeele the jazz saxophone professor.
I graduated at Conservatorio G.Martucci of Salerno (Italy) and had both Bachelor and Master with full marks with honors. During the course of my studies i also spent two academic years abroad , one at the Kask and Conservatorium of Ghent with the supervision of Bart Defoort and one at the Koninklijk Conservatorium of Bruxelles with John Ruocco.
In 2017 i won the "Massimo Urbani International Jazz Competition" prize that saw as head of the jury Kurt Rosenwinkel & Fabrizio Bosso.
I play in several Jazz bands and I have been performing all around Europe.
I recorded a solo album called "Right Now" with the famous Italian label "Philology Records" & the album"Supernova" with my own band. I also recorded several albums with different bands and of many styles, from jazz, funk to pop.
I toured with the famous Italian Drummer Tullio De Piscopo (Pino Daniele, Mina, Astor Piazzolla's drummer) and also had the chance to make a variety of television appearances on Italian National Television (Rai1, Rai5, Rai3).

Graduated in cello in Barcelona, finishing my master in historical cello at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. Passionate cellist with a lot of experience in performance and education. I specialize in historically informed music, so I try to understand the context around each music I play, so we enter into a dialogue between current events and the era in which the music was created.
