I have been doing hip hop over 10 years and competed in solo and crew battles. In my class I will be teaching everything from basic hip hop steps to advanced freestyling techniques and choreography. I will also be going over the history of hip hop dance and music. I have experience teaching students of all levels and age groups. I normally tailor my class to each individual student. I am happy to work with any level and I also prepare students for competitions.

I have been breaking for over 6 years and competed with crews and solos. I am passionate about teaching breaking and helping beginners to advanced students improve.
I teach all the foundations of breaking as well as the history of the style. I also make routines for competitions and help my more advanced students towards their specific goals. If a student has certain moves in mind they want to learn we can work on those as well.
I can travel to your location or I usually teach in a studio in East London.

Ciar is a recent graduate of Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance; a versatile queer dance artist freelancing in London with a background in Hip-Hop, Circus Arts, Classical Ballet and Contemporary dance.

I hope to offer everyone an exciting and enjoyable time whilst pushing thier physical capabilities. Dance should be fun!

My class explores a choreographic style of contemporary dance with clear influences from Cunningham technique and my recent expirience working with Jason Mabana. The work will challenge your coordination, rhythm, attention to detail and demostrate a contemporary application of classical teachnical forms, but all through explorative and original material.

The class is structured like any other technical class, each exercise desinged to methodicaly warm up and work the body, building on the previous exercises, before culminating in a longer choreography where we can pull everything together and just have a boogie.

I can tailor the work to each student however I would reccomend having some technical expirience, classical or contemporary.

I am passionate about working with students on developing both their artistry and technique. In this class students can enhance their existing training through personalised lessons, with a special focus on musicality, dynamics and performance in partnership with technique.

I draw on my knowledge as a professional dancer to train dancers whether their goal is to work towards a career in the industry, or invest more in their passion for dance. Lessons take the form of a traditional ballet class, starting at the barre and moving to the centre (adapting to space), and include discussions to help dancers to refine their thought processes and approach.

CircadianBodies is a Movement Practice blending contemporary Dance and Capoeira within the context of neuroscience and health of the contemporary body.

A few words about me

I am a dancer & educator with a background in release technique, Capoeira and somatic practices. My work blends improvisation, rhythm, and humour, shaped by both my artistic and scientific backgrounds—I hold a Master of Pharmacy from kings_college_london alongside a professional dance degree form @horohronos Athens and an MA from @theplacelondon. This intersection fuels my exploration of physical intelligence, emotional awareness, spatial connection.

My choreographic work bridges disciplines, from NOSTOS: Migrating Bodies, Migrating Dances, merging Capoeira, Greek traditional dance, and VR, to 'Circadian Bodies', my evolving practice on biological rhythms and sensory movement, now taught at chisenhaledance Dance. I've researched with ferus.animi.terra.nova, bageorgeilias at Dance Athens and farofa_capoeira at Corpo Fechado. I have choreographed projects like 'Khaki Versus Colours’, Pessoas and NOSTOS, exploring socio-political themes through movement.
