I am a passionate dancer who is always teachable. I am always looking to learn new things. I have been dancing pretty much all my life. The joy I get from dance has never left me. I have been teaching kids/adults how to dance since 2018. I have worked with different levels and abilities. Teaching so far has taught me new ways to approach how I deliver my lessons and improved my teaching style.

As a professional dancer and a rhythmic gymnast I have been stretching most of my life. Flexibility and mobility are crucial parts of exercises that should be considered daily in our lives. In my classes we will explore a variety of stretches and each day we will focus on different muscle groups to make sure we are not over-stretching but stretching enough to see quick results. After a few days/weeks you we be able to see and for sure feel a difference in your body.

As well as training and performing within the Theatre industry since 2011, I have also taught art disciplines such as acting, singing and dance and dance fitness from the ages of 3 upwards.
