About Me
I'm Adri, a teacher with over 20 years of experience. I trained and practiced this profession in my native Argentina. Since 2003, I have been passionately teaching and sharing this discipline. I have taught hundreds of students in companies, gyms, schools, and have offered both private and group classes at my own center. I have also dedicated myself to training instructors in this method.

I ran my own center for 7 years. I founded, coordinated and produced an artistic choreography company, combining my former profession (dancer) with the techniques of SwáSthya Yôga.

I've been living in Spain since 2019. I'm currently moving back to Madrid after living in Alicante for five years. I'm eager to continue sharing what I enjoy most: helping people improve their quality of life and well-being.
