About Me

(I give classes in English)

I taught physics and mathematics at the gymnasium and secondary level for several years. I am now on my own with the idea of offering children a more participative learning of science.

One of my approaches is to identify course prerequisites and perform a skills assessment.

I also use my knowledge of the Swiss school curriculum to support students and upgrade them in their curriculum, by breaking down how to understand questions, how to automate applications and most importantly, by visualizing the theory. In mathematics as in physics, what unlocks a situation of blur or difficulty is to understand what is not understood (yes!), Then to automate some key concepts.

Hello, I give support classes for years and I am very passionate.

I am a student (physics and mathematics) at EPFL and has been teaching for over 5 years. I like this job and pledge to do my best so that the student understands the best possible by adapting to his character.

I come from Barcelona but I lived 3 years in the United States, all science courses can be taught in English, so that students can both learn mathematics, physics and science and practice English .

Hoping to receive a favorable response, I send you my best regards. :-)

/!\ Online courses or in person at EPFL/UNIL, no travel to the student's home.

After obtaining my French baccalaureate (specializing in Mathematics and Physics-Chemistry), I continued my studies at EPFL. Currently in my third year of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, I would be delighted to share the knowledge and methods I have acquired throughout my studies, adapting as much as possible to your learning style and making the lessons as interactive and accessible as possible! I can tutor students up to the final year of high school (gymnasium) in physics and chemistry, and potentially in French up to the entrance of high school. General Chemistry (first year) courses for EPFL or UNIL are also available.

As a Master's student in Mechanical Engineering at EPFL, and holder of a Bachelor's degree in the same discipline, I have acquired a solid mastery of mathematics, physics, and chemistry. My academic background has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of scientific concepts as well as experience in their practical application.

I offer courses tailored to students up to high school level, whether to reinforce the basics, prepare for exams, or delve deeper into certain topics. My goal is to make science accessible and motivating, helping each student progress at their own pace.

During the lessons, we will work together to understand key concepts and put them into practice through a variety of exercises. I place great importance on personalized support, so that the student gains confidence, autonomy, and develops an effective working method.

I offer tutoring in math (algebra, analysis, statistics), physics (mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, fluid mechanics), chemistry, materials mechanics or programming (C, python, MATLAB).

I have extensive experience in tutoring, an activity I have been practicing for about 7 years with different students.

I have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from EPFL and am currently pursuing a master's degree there. I can adapt to the student's level.

I offer academic support and homework help in science subjects (mathematics, physics, chemistry, etc.). I obtained my scientific Baccalaureate with highest honors in 2024 and I am in my second year of engineering at EPFL.

Before each lesson, I like to glance at the chapter or exercises to refresh my memory on certain theorems or formulas if necessary. This allows me to arrive prepared and explain the concepts clearly and in a structured way.

During the lesson, I guide your child step by step, taking the time to re-explain concepts, review the basics if necessary, and help them gain confidence. My goal is not just to solve the exercises, but above all to ensure they truly understand what they are doing and gradually become more independent.

Mathematics and physics form the basis of many scientific fields of study, but they can sometimes seem abstract or difficult to grasp on your own. In my courses, I guide students to help them understand the concepts in depth, progress at their own pace, and gain confidence.

Students can send me the topic of the lesson or their specific questions in advance, so that I can prepare a suitable and effective session.

I am also bilingual in Italian. Although it is not my native language, I particularly enjoy teaching it and helping beginners acquire a solid foundation. My Italian lessons are conversation-based, with supplementary grammar and conjugation exercises to ensure natural and enjoyable progress.

I mainly teach remotely, which allows for great flexibility and personalized support, wherever you are.

As a final year Bachelor of Engineering student at EPFL, I offer private lessons or support, or homework help adapted to the level and needs of each student.

I teach mathematics, physics, chemistry, French, and English, primarily at the beginner to intermediate level, from elementary school to high school. Lessons can focus on understanding concepts, preparing for assessments, solving exercises, or simply regaining confidence in the subject.

I also offer support in Analysis I for higher education students, particularly to review theoretical concepts, understand methods and practice exercises.

My goal is to make concepts more accessible by adapting to each student's pace and prioritizing real understanding over rote learning.

Learn the basics of French and English, or deepen your knowledge of these languages. The course aims to prepare you for quizzes and exams, and to help you learn to speak the language fluently and correctly.
The course will be interactive with games or more advanced exercises depending on the student's progress.

As a Bachelor of Mathematics student at EPFL, having received the Jury's Congratulations in the baccalaureate with 20/20 in maths, I offer math support lessons adapted to your level and pace.

At the beginning of each session, we review what is blocking progress, we work on the concepts during the lesson, and you leave with exercises to practice between sessions.

I have already helped about ten students following the French curriculum.

Passionate about sharing knowledge, I offer personalized tutoring in science to help each student unlock their potential. My approach is based on a crucial balance: kindness and high expectations. I understand how intimidating or discouraging some subjects can seem; that's why I take the time to create a warm and reassuring learning environment where patience is valued and no question is silly. But kindness goes hand in hand with clear objectives: we're here to work effectively and achieve real results. During our sessions, we don't just recite the material; we unlock the logic of the concepts, develop a rigorous methodology, and practice with targeted exercises. Whether it's to fill in gaps in knowledge, boost confidence, improve grades, or strive for exam excellence, I tailor each lesson to the student's specific needs to help them progress at their own pace. Don't hesitate to contact me to discuss your goals and schedule an initial session together!
