My approach to teaching English is by using the communicative approach to learning, meaning that I will be concentrating on having conversations with you that have meaning rather than drilling you on words. Lessons are tailormade for students with activities centred around the students preferences and interests; as English is the language of business, science and technology if those are the areas students are working in or interested in, the lessons can be focused on those topics whereas if you are wanting to learn English for fun or general conversation then lessons will be.
Lessons will be on various topics from Netflix to current events.
Activities will be provided and have an emphasis on skills than systems, with language lessons learner centred and I will use a variety of resources in order to meet the needs of visual, auditory and kinaesthetic learners. I will be using multiple teaching methods, that reflect the learning needs of you and other students in order to keep the you interested and start the process of you becoming lifelong learners. These can be altered and changed accordingly to your level of understanding English.

About Me
I am from Hull, England. This means I have a strong Yorkshire accent, I do speak clear enough to be understood however my accent and dialect can be difficult to understand, though I am always happy to repeat myself and speak slower. (Just as a warning :) )
