About Me

Good morning ! I am an American-German cellist based in Annecy. I speak French, English and German fluently. I started the cello at 7 years old in classical training, but I diversified to include jazz, pop, and current music in general.
In addition to my passion for music, I also enjoy writing and correcting lyrics for musicians, as well as helping with pronunciation. I am also an experienced language instructor and teach English and German.

Education

I graduated with a Master in Art, cello specialization, from the Haute Ecole de Musique de Lausanne, received in 2021. This includes a great knowledge of musical theory, a vast repertoire ranging from renaissance music to contemporary music , as well as a mastery of orchestral and chamber ensemble playing. I am of American and German origin having grown up in the Geneva region. I graduated with a Bachelor and a Master in performance from the Haute Ecole de Musique de Lausanne; followed by a year of advanced training at the Royal College of Music in London. I almost have 10 years of teaching experience, but I continue to evolve and adapt to everyone's demands.
