Music is a living language, and it is my wish to help you develop your own musical language!

My teaching is practice-oriented and tailored entirely to your wishes, goals, and abilities. Less theory, more play and space for your own ideas and creative interpretations.

About Me
Music is a living language
Music is a living language — and my goal is to help you discover it, develop your own musical voice, and find your place within it.

My lessons are practical, personal, and tailored to your individual goals, interests, and experience. We spend plenty of time playing, while leaving room for your own ideas, creativity, and interpretation. After all, music is not just something to learn — it’s something to experience and express.

Alongside the fundamentals — chords, rhythm, harmony, and technique — we explore improvisation, creativity, and the freedom to find your own way of playing, whether on acoustic or electric guitar.

Think of me as your musical guide. Wherever you are on your journey, I’ll meet you there and help you move forward by building on the music and ideas that inspire you.

Whether you’re picking up the guitar for the first time or looking to take your playing to the next level, my aim is to give you the tools, confidence, and inspiration to embark on your own unique musical journey.
Education
Find your own voice
My brother and I were 13 and 14 when we first started teaching ourselves to play guitar. Looking back, it was one of the most exciting times of my life — and one of the best decisions I ever made.

The second-best decision I made as an already experienced guitarist was to take a series of lessons with a guitar teacher.

Those lessons brought structure to my playing, gave me a much deeper understanding of the instrument and of music as a whole, and showed me what really matters when playing in a band, performing live, or sitting down for a jam session.

That experience is something I want to pass on to you.

My aim is to help you find your own musical path, develop your skills and understanding, and bring out the ideas and potential that are already within you.

Because learning guitar isn’t about memorising as many rules as possible or simply learning to play “correctly.” It’s about finding your own voice, giving it space, and developing the freedom to express yourself through music.

That’s what I find most exciting.

I love seeing someone develop a style that is truly their own — someone with their own ideas, influences, and perspective, rather than trying to sound like somebody else. When you play music that genuinely speaks to you, something unique begins to emerge.

I’m not here to tell you which path to take. I want to encourage you to find your own.

With my knowledge and experience, I’ll give you the tools and guidance you need to turn your ideas into music and express yourself on the guitar — and, most importantly, to have fun making music that is truly your own.
