Using a Drama-based approach, I offer lessons in acting, speech and language, performing arts, presentation skills and communication skills. The classes are designed to be fun, targetted to your needs and goals and very practical. I will first meet with you to understand what you hope to achieve and design a learning plan to work together on. I am happy to answer any questions you may have before we get started!

I have been teaching for over 7 years in schools, private and community settings and have worked with a range of ages and abilities. I hold an MA in Advanced Theatre Practice, BA in Psychology and an ATCL Diploma in Communication Skills.

I’m here to ensure that they do not keep repeating the same mistakes or keep using the same expressions over and over in conversation.
In order to keep making progress, I take my student on a journey that involves:

I'm Giorgia and I come from Torino, Italy.
I offer my native knowledge of Italian to any of you, who wants to discover this beautiful language.

I teach for all levels, from very beginners to advanced speakers, passing through amateurs or simply curious of any age. I can also help with university exams and school works/assignments.
Being a pianist and a piano teacher, I already have lots of experience with teaching and pedagogical approach with the whole range of ages.

The lesson is intended to meet the student needs: the focus can be on the grammar, conversation or literature. In case of a middle-level speaker, the lesson will cover all four language's abilities: listening, speaking, writing and reading. My suggestion of a well planned lesson is, for any level, to divide it into two parts: grammar first and then conversation (covering all the abilities mentioned above).

■ Since 2009 I have been working at the Cervantes Institute as an OFFICIAL EXAMINER of DELE diplomas (Diploma in Spanish as a Foreign Language)
(I am fluent in French, so during the course I give all the necessary explanations in French on grammatical rules or vocabulary.

For adults, I offer online "Free Talk" classes. These classes are very popular and are ok for any age. I currently have a group class of people aged 60s to 80s. If you want to talk about daily life, news, hobbies, traveling, etc. and enjoy speaking English, then this is a good class to do it. Usually a 1-hour class is best as it gives plenty of time. If a shorter, or longer, class is better for you I can do that too. Just ask :)
