I have many years of experience teaching, performing and recording my own music. I sing, rap, write lyrics and have performed with a band in the past.

We will also cover lyric writing where I can help you with your flows and technique to create your own original material. There is an option to get custom made beats to help you create your own original tracks.

I am a composer/pianist currently studying at Royal College of Music.

I started studying music at quite young, but never found my passion in it until my late teenage years. Now music is such an integral part of my life and well being, and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experiences to support others on their musical journeys.

As a teacher I am very flexible and can adapt to how you want to learn, I also take a creative approach to teaching piano so that my students develop their musicianship and composition skills while learning the piano.

As a composer, I always bring elements of music theory and composition into my piano teaching, so that my students can develop their musicianship and creativity while improving their piano playing skills.

I offer instrumental lessons for piano and Guzheng to students of all ages and backgrounds, regardless of your level of proficiency. Whether you prefer classical or pop music, you will find something that suits your taste.

I am currently at the prestigious Royal Academy of Music under the tutelage of the Head of Vocals there and have years of experience with the voice. Music has always been a huge part of my life and I would be thrilled to pass on my knowledge. I studied music at university and have Grade 8 in both piano and vocals, but I have also performed in many different venues across the UK. I have helped previous students with stage-fright and anxiety with performing as well as aiding them learn their favourite songs on piano - and singing along at the same time. I can teach in many different piano styles from popular music to classical and I can also teach music theory.

I have a deep passion for traditional, holistic yogic practises and I understand that large classes can be overwhelming. I have found that Yoga is very individual, and with gentle 1:1 guidance, has lots room for personal growth. I can teach poses, breathing techniques and meditation to help us feel the best we can.

My singing lessons will aim to develop your vocal skills across a variety of styles, including Soul, RnB, Blues, Jazz, Rock and Pop. Every session begins with compulsory vocal warm-ups, focusing on breath control, vocal exercises, and technique. In each class, you will choose a song you'd like to learn, and I will suggest a second song to complement your skill development. I hold a first class honours degree in Classical Flute from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where I studied with Ian Clarke and Philippa Davies, and won the Needlemaker's Woodwind Prize. After graduating in 2022, I was invited to become a Guildhall School Junior Fellow, specialising in Flute and Composition.

As a freelance flautist, I have had the privilege of performing at prestigious venues such as the Royal Albert Hall, Barbican Concert Hall and the Southbank Centre. My performance experience encompasses a diverse range of settings, from live radio broadcasts to collaborations with dance and art installations, reflecting my versatility as a musician, and openness to help my students pursue their own personal journey, both within music and as an individual in general.

Notable highlights include composing for Wessel Flutes, Berlin Fashion Week, Nxt Museum (Amsterdam), and Adidas Y-3. My work as a composer heavily influences my approach to teaching. I am a professional operatic tenor and a graduate of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where I completed my undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, and continue to perform regularly throughout the country and internationally. I now have 20 years of performing and teaching experience, and specialise in teaching vocal technique and refining tone quality.

I encourage my students to develop healthy singing habits, while combining this with language coaching, interpretation and performance skills. I also work regularly with singers for audition preparation, industry professionals and also in vocal rehabilitation.

Learning to sing is the same as any other skill, and everyone is capable of singing well. Singing is unique to each person and I always adapt my lessons accordingly.
