BenediktFun and effective German classes, Berlin and online
The best way to learn a new language is through natural interaction. And I believe that you learn most effectively when you feel at ease and when you are having fun! You will see that each class is individually adapted to your personal learning style and that you can improve at your optimal level, because you will always be challenged but never overwhelmed. I am an enthusiastic language learner myself and know the importance of a fun and knowledgeable teacher. Because I enjoyed learning with great teachers so much, I'm committed to be that for you in every class as well. With this German class, you will get • a very competent, patient, and fun tutor with years of experience • a very supportive environment • as many opportunities as possible to actually speak German, reflect on it, and improve • 3-4 hrs of homework per lesson (if you want!) • heaps of audio and video material as well as many exercises to help you practise all aspects of the German language • and you will see how manageable the German grammar actually is! Of course, you can adjust the classes to whatever you consider to be most relevant for you! If you like my approach and want to improve your German, write me a message or book a lesson with me! IliaEnglish Language - Writing, Speaking, Listening Comprehension
Hi All! Thank you for checking out my course. I am a native Russian speaker, born and raised in Moscow. After completing middle school in Russia, I had then moved to Scotland and three years later had received the IB Diploma certificate with a score of 36 points. This, as well as my extracurricular achievements in performing arts, had secured me a place at King's College London in the UK. Having studied a variety of subjects at school in Scotland, from English and German literature to Maths, Sciences and Music allowed me to become fluent in English, and achieve mastery of "technical", that is to say, "scientific" English, as well as spoken English and slang. Needless to say that my writing skills have massively improved due to the large number of essays I had to write during my school and then uni career. As I am finishing off my law degree, I am eager to offer my services as an English tutor for those who are thinking of taking up a new language, be it for academic or professional reasons, or simply for fun. I believe that studying in three different countries have allowed me to try out and assess various approaches to education in general and teaching languages in particular - from the rigorous Russian system based on ensuring that the students will obtain exceptional spelling, grammar, syntax and punctuation skills, to the more relaxed yet more critical and analytical Western approach, focused on problem-solving and independent work. There is a vast bank of techniques and methods that will be used in class to pique and maintain your interest. Due to my personal passion for literature, I would love to use extracts from novels and poetry to stimulate the student's creativity and understanding of style, as well as enhance their vocabulary and develop a deeper appreciation for the language. And since I'm a student too, I would be able to share my personal tips and tricks with you to help you reach whatever goal you have set for yourself!

My tutoring experience and caring and patient nature allow me to maintain a strong rapport with a students, foster their critical thinking and achieve academic excellence. Having a sibling who struggled with autism, dyslexia and dyspraxia has made me attuned to the specific needs of each child and committed the need to make learning a positive experience. My desire is to make tutoring a process that builds self-esteem in pupils as they see themselves progress. I enjoy creating bespoke lessons and setting targets based on individual needs. I particularly enjoy working with pupils on their writing skills and seek to teach my students how to structure their ideas, grapple with different viewpoints, present a convincing argument and express their own takes on different subjects.
MariaFrench, affordable and for all levels and purposes!
For all levels, for both children and adults, and diploma preparation. All aspects of the language would be targeted during the lessons, emphasizing those desired by the student (ex: conversational, grammar) Depending on the level and the method of study will be adapted to each student, with outside-of-class follow up. The classes will be conducted in either English, French, or both, once again depending on the needs and the level of the student. Classes focused on the reinforcement of the language can also be organised, focused on specific topics that the student is interested in, which will allow the student not to lose the language and to develop further their knowledge of lexicon in the specific area. In what concerns diploma preparation, the lessons will focus on the particularities of the tests (timing, response format, lexicon, etc).

ChristopheFrench: written/oral expression, grammar, conversation
Do you want to start learning French but have never learnt it before? Or maybe you want to perfect your understanding of French grammar, or your capacity to express yourself clearly, spontaneously and with confidence in French? Or work on pronunciation, perhaps improve your accent and learn more about French culture? I can help you with all of these, and not only because I was born and raised in France: after getting my Master's Degree in Lingustics and Anthropology from the School for Advanced Research in Paris - at the time I was also teaching private classes of French and English to high school and university students - I moved to the UK and studied theatre at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. There I worked on the skills any speaker needs to communicate clearly and convincingly: diction, voice projection, etc. These two approaches - linguistics, and theatre work - give me a strong foundation from which to help any student learn French. So jump on: we'll build a learning program tailored to your needs and make sure that the lessons are both dense and fun.

Ambre LaraFun but instructive French Lessons - online, at your location or at my location
French is a hard language to learn even for us french. My class is meant to teach French without getting bored. I’m confident that anyone can learn French independently of age, everything is about method. For infants and preschool children French can be introduced through games, enriching their vocabulary. For children and teenagers I like to do classes mixing both games and more conventional teaching (grammar). This way they learn and practice french while never getting bored. I want French to be fun. I am native French and lived in Paris my whole life until this year. I’ve always taught French to English students from my school (American school of paris) so I have experience in that field.
