A graduate engineer from INSA, holding a Master's degree in scientific research (two engineering schools), after a baccalaureate in mathematical sciences and two years of preparatory classes, I have been teaching mathematics and physics-chemistry for 2 years, from middle school to the second year of university. My goal: to help each student progress, regain confidence and become independent.
Why choose my courses?
Would you like your child (or yourself) to:
✔ Significantly improves their results in math and physics/chemistry?
✔ Are you calmly preparing for the brevet, the baccalaureate, or the midterms?
✔ Are you aiming for a selective course (preparatory class, engineering school, science degree)?
✔ Become autonomous and confident when facing exercises?
For the past two years, I have been supporting a community of students of all levels: from middle school (grades 6-9) to high school (grades 10-12), up to the first and second years of university. More than 7 students supported and a real result: successful completion of the national diploma, baccalaureate, and midterms.
My 3-step method:
1. Short term: improve grades. We understand the course material, we practice with typical exercises, we learn to write and anticipate test questions.
2. Medium term: establish a work method. Your child learns to work regularly: understand, practice, prepare for assessments, analyze their mistakes.
3. Long term: gaining confidence. We set clear objectives, we build the steps to achieve them, and we discover that math and physics are simpler when we understand the logic behind the formulas.
My strength: my engineer's perspective. I connect theory to concrete applications (computer science, electronics, applied physics) so that concepts make sense, instead of just learning formulas by heart.
Subjects: mathematics (analysis, algebra, probability), physics, electricity, chemistry, thermodynamics.
Details of the formula:
- Sessions of 1.5 to 2 hours, once or twice a week depending on your goals
- Home lessons in Lyon and surrounding areas (Villeurbanne, Caluire, Bron, Vénissieux, Écully, Tassin...) or online using tools like Google Meet, Zoom... with a virtual whiteboard if you use it.
- Exercises and revision sheets adapted to each student [if true]
- Regular monitoring with a progress report
