About Me
French pianist Coraline has been captivating audiences since 2015 with her musical diversity, social commitments and peaceful values. A graduate of the Rouen Conservatory and the Geneva Haute École de Musique, she is active in the inclusion of East and West through music. Member of Artists for Peace (APLP Canada), Soroptimist Nyon-Rolle (Switzerland), and formerly a UNICEF Young Ambassador (France).
Observing the cultural diversity of Switzerland, she definitely goes off the beaten track and creates in 2015 her series of concerts "Moments suspendus" to promote classical music from all countries, especially that which is little known or very little played, which she performs in the form of concert-mediation. She started with Latin America and Spain.
It was her project of Arabic music on the piano that, by mixing transcription, composition and improvisation, marked a turning point in her career, and which was strengthened after a meeting with the Lebanese idol Marcel Khalife, Artist for Peace at UNESCO and defender of the oppressed in the Middle East. A trip to Lebanon as artistic spokesperson for the Lebanese diaspora of Drôme (Association Val Liban) in the company of former local migrants and the delegation of the twinning of Valence-Batroun, encouraged Coraline to continue on this path.
For her initiatives, Coraline received the Baume et Mercier - HEM de Genève university prize in 2019, to reward her public utility projects, and for having obtained the highest grade in pedagogical didactics in the piano teaching classes of her year.
Her other awards include: the 2016 Social Commitment Award from the Ethics and Values Foundation of Geneva; the 2017 Public Peace Prize in Understanding Peoples, awarded by Antennes de Paix Canada. The pianist remains the only musician and the only European to be nominated for life in the history of this award, now dissolved. The award was accompanied by a tour during Peace Week in Montreal in September 2018, as a guest European artist. In 2021, she was an invitational laureate of the prestigious Leenaards Foundation in Lausanne and received a cultural scholarship for her graduation, which allowed her to finance a first recording experience at Planet Studios in Montreal, later supplemented by a scholarship from the Engelberts de Mies Foundation. The full album was released on February 8, 2025.
Also a pianist with the Ensemble Méditerranéen de Genève, Coraline's life goal is to be able to perform music from all regions of the world.

I hold two Master's degrees from the Geneva University of Music (Pedagogy and Performance): one in Music Pedagogy and the other in Performance with a focus on Concert. I have received Swiss awards (AGFDU, Baume et Mercier, Ethique & Valeurs, Engelberts, Leenaards) and Canadian awards (Public Peace Prize). My Piano Mondo concept is a direct continuation of all these commitments: placing the individual at the heart of teaching, allowing everyone to bring their own story...and setting it to music!
We have a record label, the students release several original compositions each year, as well as film-concerts on our Youtube channel!
I can also provide support lessons for external piano exams as part of competitions, for exams in other music schools or for the music option of specific school curricula.
GOAL OF THE COURSE
Promoting musical influence across all generations.
To develop artistic potential as well as musical ear.
To enable anyone who wants to learn to fulfill their desires.
Increased knowledge of music
Expansion of the repertoire: variation of styles
Discover yourself through simple notions of improvisation
Learning methods other than purely academic
Awareness of abilities
Auditions and exams are optional. Everyone does what they want!
