To succeed in Fine Art, we need to open our ways of thinking. Oftentimes, we can feel stuck, lost or uninspired. In this class, I will teach you how to move forward in these moments; how to produce a healthy momentum in yourself to find excitement in your projects and push through them to the finishing point. Fine Art is unlike any subject in that it really comes from the individual. There is no "right way", but if there is no discernible path, where do we go? I can show you how to tap into your inner artist and create and move through projects with a self-direction that will build your confidence, ignite passion and open unlimited ways to express yourself regardless of technical ability. Photoshop is used differently for painting and drawing than for photography retouching. I will show you how to use all the tools of the program, but I will also teach you how to think about game art, concept art and illustration, whether it is for character design, creature design, environment design or prop design. I will also teach you all the fundamentals that are essential in the industry, such as anatomy, perspective, colour and light, and composition. After graduating from l'École Émile Cohl with a bachelor specialised in Game Art, I have had the chance of working with more than 15 different studios of video games, board games, trading card games and tabletop RPGs, creating concept art and illustrations for them. Now an Art Teacher, I use my experience and skills both as an artist and as a teacher to share with you all my knowledge of the subject and of the industry.

I am a university student who specialises in tutoring English Lit/Lang, History of Art and Creative Arts to school children ranging from 11-18. I scored highly in both my GCSEs and International Baccalaureate, and would love to help improve children's confidence and abilities in these subjects, whether they are working for a small test, for GCSEs or otherwise.

Learn to express yourself through textiles, a diverse and mindful craft. I offer classes that explore abstract expression in embroidery, beadwork, embellishments, and patchwork. We look at the history of folk art and craft as a source of inspiration to create personal textile artworks. In the past, students have made stuffed toys, quilts, wall hanging, clothing and samplers. All materials will be provided, including vintage fabrics, trimmings, embellishments, threads and tools.

I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 9 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the nimbs. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.

I like to start class with the fundamentals! Once we’ve covered those we can get on to working towards your art goals. I prefer to tailor class towards what you’re interested in and help you gain the skills that will get you towards what you want to do art wise. Whether that is landscapes, portraits, painting in oils, acrylics, or watercolours, or drawing what you see, or drawing what you imagine. I look forward to helping you gain the skills you’ll need!

Michelangelo say that you don't draw with your hand, but with your head, and that is true. Drawing is the most versatile skill you can learn, and the basis for infinite routs to express yourself. From drawings we have mapped and planned human civilisation as we know it. It is the original written language, and it is so much a part of who we are that even the youngest of us know what it is to create meaningful marks on a piece of paper. Drawing has inspired my life and I hope that I can share the things I've learned with you to help you on your path. There is nothing more frustrating then getting stuck as an artist, or looking at the great work of people that came before you and wondering how will I ever get there? It is a journey that lasts a lifetime, but it doesn't need to happen alone. There are ways to grow your skills, that those amazing artists did, and have been passed down. Ways to break down what you are doing on the page to truly create the illusion of depth, so that it feels real. I can give you the building blocks to understand how to create realism. I will also help you build on our own natural creativity, and hopefully keep you from some of the growing pains I had to go through in the pursuit of my craft.

I am here to help you surpass yourself! ;) Professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, I am creative, empathic, dynamic, and versatile. Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO. Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment). I intend to present this research in a doctoral contract. My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris. I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings. I am an international contemporary art curator with 15 years experience working with public and private collections. I am currently undertaking a PhD, developing alternative contemporary art narratives within heritage collections. This course is intended to students andadults who want to familiarise with curatorial practice prior to undertake a Master, to current students in curatorial pracitce for further advice and tutorials, as well as to emergent artists or students in contemporay art who ned further support in working with a space. Due to the flexible nature of the course, what I offer is: * Courses on the theoretical foundations of curating and 'the curatorial', * Tutorials in planning, conceptualising and delivering exhibitions, * Tutorials in planning, conceptualising and delivering programmes of events and workshops, * Creating meaningful dialogues between artworks in a space * Developing interpretation material corresponding to your own project.
