This class is designed to support the students condition of depression and to help them to transcend it slowly but surely. Each class builds inner strength. All poses are supported with props which assist the students to stay comfortably in a pose to derive maximum benefit of the asanas and to learn which areas have to be worked upon. With the knowledge shared by GURUJI B.K.S Iyengar the students will gain immensely and will empower themselves to transcend from this condition with practice overtime. After rigorous dedicated practice of 3 months students will emerge new from within.

In the 1st lesson the teacher will suggest which yoga props will be needed and will suggest some home items that can be used as props till the student procures the required props.

This class is designed to accommodate the students condition of insomnia. Whether it is difficulty in falling asleep or periodic wakefulness or waking up too early such chronic conditions will be settled by the regular practice of the customised yoga sequence of forward extension poses followed by inverted asanas and closing the session with a restful savasana. The teacher will guide the student through each pose and the students continuous practice will ensure they will be able to overcome this condition in no time.
