Whether it is difficulty in falling asleep or periodic wakefulness or waking up too early such chronic conditions will be settled by the regular practice of the customised yoga sequence of forward extension poses followed by inverted asanas and closing the session with a restful savasana. The teacher will guide the student through each pose and the students continuous practice will ensure they will be able to overcome this condition in no time.
