What qualifications do I have!?️

👉I completed a one-year teacher training course, after which I changed my course of study and opted for translation studies. In my second degree, we dealt intensively with the German, English and Russian languages, which now helps me a lot when teaching. I was very lucky with my teachers and professors, they were very competent, professional and passionate people. I have also taken part in several language-related projects designed for children and adults to make it easier for them to learn the German language. It was a valuable experience!

Education

I did a one-year-long teacher training, after which I decided to take up translation studies. When I was a student of translation studies (which I still am but now doing my master's degree), I went through an intense training where we thoroughly studied German, English and Russian. The knowledge I gained during all those years helps me now to conduct my lessons professionally and convey the knowledge accordingly. I was very lucky to have met wonderful teachers myself, they were very competent, professional and passionate about their subjects. Furthermore, I took part in several projects which were aimed to help children and adults to improve their language skills. It was a great experience!

Experience / Qualifications

I have been teaching languages for more than 3 years, particularly German! You might think that 3 years is not a lot of experience, but in those 3 years I have given many lessons: group lessons, individual lessons, online lessons! German is a great language to learn, it has a huge vocabulary and a very powerful grammatical structure. Being able to use the grammar appropriately gives me personally lots of confidence while teaching German and being able to explain all the "dos and don´ts".

The courses offer to acquire solid tools to learn to write, to comment on literary texts and a methodology to work on oral comprehension. The student must bring their own exam preparation brochure, available in all bookstores. For Goethe Institute model exams, the exam books from Cornlesen are particularly suitable. The other alternative would be to download and print before the start of the course a copy of the Goethe Institute exam available on the institute's website.

For the oral comprehension:

Work from audio-visual viewings downloaded from the Deutsche Welle site, which offer various recordings adapted to all levels, with a very concrete approach.
