Music Therapy and Sound Therapy - Instruments and Voice!!
From 21 £ /h
My training in music therapy and sound therapy, as well as in various official music studies, makes my classes a complete learning process that uses body and emotional awareness as a basis when using the voice and other instruments with ethnic and ancestral characteristics, such as the didgeridoo (Australian Aboriginal instrument), the Indo-American flute, the shamanic drum, and other easy-to-play instruments, which we can use in our psychotherapy consultations, or similar.
The complete course in conscious voice and creative singing takes your voice to a level you won't easily find through conventional studies, and through it, you can give a strong boost to self-knowledge of this wonderful instrument.

About Me
Allow me to introduce myself—I am Vera, though my stage name is Niqui. For over 25 years, I have worked with the human voice in all its expressive, healing, and melodic dimensions. I also incorporate sound-therapy instruments to explore how everything around us—and everything within our own bodies—is composed of vibration.
I have recorded four CDs and authored a book on vocal discovery and awareness, titled "La EnCantadora de Pozos Azules" (The Enchantress of the Blue Wells).
I teach using my own unique method, which includes supplementary PDFs and instructional videos.
Additionally, I write therapeutic poetry alongside my partner—a beautiful project designed to bring people closer to their own hearts through the written word.
Choosing to learn with me means keeping your heart open to insights about your voice and its capabilities that go far beyond what you might currently imagine.
You will love my classes if you are looking for something truly different and are curious to discover what really lies behind the use and mastery of your voice.

Education
I completed the elementary-level piano program at the Valencia Conservatory (I did not finish the full degree, simply because it did not align with the humanistic approach to which I wished to dedicate myself).
I am a self-taught acoustic guitar player and a multi-instrumentalist (playing the Native American flute, bendir, didgeridoo, ukulele, etc.).
I have studied voice and phonetics—with a focus on self-discovery—under American music therapist Arden Wilken.
I also trained in the use of tuning forks and *shu* points through Fabien Maman’s Tama-Do Academy in California.
I completed training in applied music therapy with the Escuela Censana and in sound therapy with the Association for Harmonic Studies in Alcalalí (Alicante).
Additionally, I have participated in specialized workshops on prenatal singing, Gospel singing, and ethnic percussion, as well as Carnatic singing in India with Vini Devda.
Most recently, I have pursued training in Naad Yoga (the science of sound) and the study of Vedic mantras in Rishikesh.
