About Me
After graduating at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in London in 2012, I began working as a professional drummer in the London West End. As first drummer of several resident bands, I've been playing some of the most prestigious venues in the city, such as The Roadhouse, O'Neills Soho, The Hard Rock Hotel. During that time I've also been drumming for and/or producing multiple original acts, including Pillarcat, Los and The Deadlines and Los Padres, some active to this day. An experience that has greatly contributed to my passion for electronic music and sound experimentation.
Alongside my career as a performing musician, I've been tutoring students as a music teacher in primary schools of the Greater London area as well as a private teacher.
I am especially passionate about sound design and I love to explore new and alternative ways to integrate the traditional drum kit with contemporary esthetics and textures through the process of sound hybridization. From my lessons, students can expect to learn the tradition alongside the creative processes needed to express their own musicality with a contemporary sensibility.
