My yoga class - combination of cyclical dynamics and statics, with a wealth of experience delivering yoga lessons to a variety of individuals, with different needs, ensuring to accommodate their individual needs.
The background of personal education in yoga: I have 2 main directions(yoga schools) that contributed to my becoming a master of yoga - Universal yoga and Ishvara yoga.
A deadly combination that shaped my own yoga style.
I don't like wasting time on a yoga mat. So if I decide to stand on a yoga mat - we will work pretty hard, without sentiments.
Class level:
Physically - quite hard (but not deadly hard :) )
Technically - average (first of all, the training should be healthy and safe for your joints)
