My personal goal is to be able to give back to the community and to be able to create a positive environment for those around me. Coming from a medical-related field effective communication, compassion, confidentiality, empathy, time management and attention to detail have always been crucial to me. I will always provide very honest feedback and give my students optional homework tasks for their independent learning.

I often find many students struggle with exam techniques. This is a very common challenge, especially at A-Level, as these techniques are vital to successfully answering application questions. Therefore, regularly practicing these skills via past papers and practice questions together really helps them achieve their goals.

I have worked for a year in a school working exclusively with students who were struggling to achieve their desired GCSE grade - many of whome loudly and produly claimed to find science boring or pointless - I loudly and proudly claim that they all passed and many with significant improvements on their grades.
