Do you want to learn German from scratch or improve your level in a structured and effective way?
I offer personalized German lessons for beginners and intermediate learners (A1–B1), focused on real communication, clear grammar, and building confidence in speaking.
What makes my teaching approach unique is my own experience: I learned German myself from A1 to a strong C1 level within one year. I understand the challenges learners face and know how to guide you efficiently through the process.
I am a chemist and currently studying for a teaching diploma at the University of Bern, where my studies are conducted in German. I have also worked as a teacher in Swiss public schools and teach chemistry in German to native speakers (Swiss, German, and Austrian students).
This means I use German daily in an academic and professional context and have strong experience in teaching methods, pedagogy, and explaining complex topics in a simple way.
In our lessons, we will focus on:
• Speaking and real-life communication
• Grammar explained clearly and logically
• Vocabulary for everyday situations
• Listening and pronunciation

From a young age, I was fascinated by the natural sciences, especially chemistry. I completed my high school diploma with a focus on chemistry and biology, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Master’s in High Technologies.
To complete my second Master's thesis, I studied Nanosciences and Nanotechnologies in France. During this time, I interned at a start-up, where I gained valuable hands-on experience in nanochemistry methods for cancer treatment and immunotherapy.
I've also been actively teaching since I was 18 by offering private tutoring to children and university students for over eight years, and later working as a lecturer at a private engineering school in Kyiv for two years. I have also prepared students for competitive chemistry exams, including regional Olympiads.
I know how to design lessons that are both educational and inspiring. My goal is to help students truly understand scientific concepts and enjoy the learning process.
Currently, I'm pursuing a teaching diploma for upper-secondary schools (Maturitätsschulen / High schools) in Chemistry at PHBern (Teacher University of Bern, Switzerland).
I'm looking for motivated students who want to improve their skills in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or Mathematics, and who want to enjoy learning along the way.
In my lessons, I use high-quality resources in English and German, including textbooks, scientific articles, YouTube videos, interactive tools, and molecular modeling software — whatever best supports deep and effective learning.
I speak English, German, some French, Polish and Spanish.
My native languages are Ukrainian and Russian.
Moreover, I've been teaching German language for the Ukrainians for more than a year (A1-B2 levels).
