This class is for practicing your English conversation skills! I am a qualified English teacher from the UK who has taught over 700 lessons online to people who are learning English (I have a TEFL certificate).

During the class, we can talk about daily life or any topic you would like to discuss. I will correct any mistakes you make and fix your pronunciation. I will suggest ways that you can sound more natural when speaking, teach you the meaning of new words and answer any questions you may have.

I often use a whiteboard to help explain things (meaning of words, differences between words, grammar, etc). I can set you homework and send you useful documents to look at. We can also read something together (e.g. a news article) and I will fix your pronunciation, explain some of the more difficult vocabulary words and ask you questions to check your understanding and allow you to practice your speaking skills!

I can also help you to prepare for any job interviews. I have 4 and a half years' experience of working within Human Resources. I have reviewed many CVs and personally interviewed hundreds of people, so I understand what recruiters are looking for. We can do an interview role-play where I will be the interviewer and I will ask you common interview questions. This will help you gain confidence with interviews in English and I can correct any mistakes for you/help you sound more natural.

I have helped many students to improve their English skills and gain confidence in their English. My classes are really relaxed, so you don't need to be nervous! I am a very patient tutor and I would love to help you improve!

Hello! My name is Emily, I am 24 years old and I am from the UK!

For 4 and a half years, I was working in Human Resources. However, I have recently left so I can teach English full-time.

I have recently graduated from university with a 2:1 in International Studies. I also have a 120-hour TEFL qualification so I am qualified to teach English.
