We will write Python codes in a coding environment. It is possible to use in any browser- you simply write a code, run it and save your work. During this lesson, we will learn how to perform input operation from keybord as well as output operations. We will also write small programs which repeat a block of code; that is, we will learn "for" and "while" loops.

I implement effective learning strategies in my lessons to help students concentrate on particular points of grammar and vocabulary. Even absolute beginners start making their own simple sentences. After a while their sentences get more complicated. The process may look like this: 1. They read. 2. They read books. 3. They read books every day. 4. They read interesting books every day. 5. They read interesting books every day when they come from work. 6. They read interesting books every day when they come from work unless they are tired. 7. They read interesting books every day when they come from work unless they are very tired. etc. I make worksheets which guide students to speak about particular topics. During the lessons my students and I may also read interesting texts in the internet, analyze their grammar structures, vocabulary and even discuss them. I always correct my students' mistakes when they speak or write. Grammar is complicated sometimes, but if you know it well, you will not make critical mistakes. Correcting pronunciation mistakes is also very important. Learning is a process that should bring good feelings of accomplishment and I will gladly help you in this process.

I teach very basics of the Turkish language here. After the lesson you will be able to make your own simple sentences. For example, you could tell your name, your profession, where you live, what you like, etc. Using printouts (which I send prior to the lesson ) you will also be able to correctly combine words and use proper grammar.

We can create simple interactive web pages. We can, for example, make a button show and hide a text message. We can change different properties of the text message(s) as well as of the button(s). We will implement HTML, JavaScript and CSS for that. This class is suitable for beginners.
