Hello there! My name is Jessica and I'm a translator (from English to French) proficient in both languages, as well as having an intermediate level in Greek (between B1 and B2). My passion for the written word has led me to read different levels of literary works written in English and French. Not only do I love being challenged by the difficulties of conveying meaning from one language to another, I believe I'm in the best position to help my students enjoy those nuances and acquire them naturally through linguistic associations and visual support that will help them learn the patterns of the language in the most intuitive way. My name is Jessica, I'm a 29 year-old translator, passionate about my native French language as well as English and French literature. I got a Bachelor's Degree in translation from the University of Montreal and now live in Europe. My other jobs (in customer service, as a secretary or mini-train driver for children) all required me to speak fluent French as well as English when needed. My whole education - from primary school to University - has solely been in French, except my English literature classes and a Linguistics course (in College) and two Translation classes (at University) where I had to translate from French to English.
