About Me

My name is Sarah and I’m here to support you in whatever way you need. I am currently a psychology student in university. I am doing this to support more people to achieve their dream whether it’s to go university, do an apprenticeship or start a job. My goal, once you enter my lesson space is to make you feel like priority and show you that your opinion matters. At any point, you will be comfortable to say what’s in your mind (e.g if you’re struggling or feel as though the lesson isn’t in a way you understand). My lessons will run at a pace that you are comfortable with and will enjoy. If there’s any reason in which you feel like you want to stop or want to try a different method I will be here for that and try to adapt alongside you. My lessons are student based- they will only run at a pace you prefer. My first lesson generally begins with an assessment of what your subject topic/topics are (just to help me have an idea of where you are in that particular topic). These lessons will also provide opportunities for you to contribute and collaborate with me. I have familiarised myself with the curriculum and exam boards to ensure the best possible support I can provide is given. I am here to help you with what you feel like isn’t your best area and to help you excel at it. I have had previous online tutoring experience for just above a year; this shows I know what to expect and how to ensure that you feel welcomed and happy to be in my lesson space. I look forward to getting to know you!
Here are some qualities about me that I think may help you make your decision:
• Helping others is a passion.
•I am good at communicating with others.
•I give quick responses and I adapt quickly to student needs.
• I ensure my lessons are student centred; what you need will be taught.
• I don’t make my students over work.
•I give homework relevant to the subject and it wouldn’t take the student too long to do

Education

I have completed my GCSEs and A-levels. I got 4As in my GCSEs including in English Lang and Lit. I also got an A in math. I am currently doing a psychology course at university.

Experience / Qualifications

I have done work experience in primary schools plenty of times. I also have an online tutor service that I have used before.

Preparation for competitive entrance exams for major higher education establishments (physics, chemistry) ENSA, ENSAM, ENA, ENAM, IAV, medicine.
Physics and chemistry are the gateway to understanding all sciences, as a science student you will need to be able to sort through the many complex features to become a true student scientist with a critical and curious mind. That's why I designed this course to help students prepare for their exams and the next school year to fill in the gaps they have in math and science. I would like to inform you that I am a young researcher and I can also help you to acquire basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other essential software for your career.

Dutch lesson for teenagers & adults adjusted to your needs as a student!
Firstly, this lesson ensures that you as a student feel at ease! We will first get to know each other a little bit, and then you can tell me what you expect/want in a lesson, or what you specifically need. Step by step, I will ensure you, that you as a student, will learn the Dutch language. You will come to me for different reasons, for example for an integration exam, or because you live temporarily as an expat in the Netherlands and want to learn the language, others enjoy it as a hobby and others come to the Netherlands for love... There are so many reasons! My lessons are tailored to your wishes, you indicate what you want, and I will help you with it, which will make you feel more at ease. From teenage to adult students, from beginner to advanced and in between, I enjoy teaching my classes all over the world! Curious?! Then I hope to see you in my class! Greetings Carolina

Dutch lessons at any level.
The most important thing for me is that we have fun while learning – that makes everything a lot more fun! In the lessons I am happy to help you with your questions about Dutch grammar and we can work together on your speaking, writing and/or listening skills. Do you have homework that you need help with? That is of course also possible! Let me know what level you are at now and what you would like to learn. I would love to challenge you, but make sure it is always fun and that you don't have too much at once. The prices stated are for a lesson for 1 person.

Operations Research 1 & 2, Project Management, Production and Operations Management, Production Planning, Engineering Economics and Accounting, Supply Chains, Stress Analysis, and more
I am Engineer Abdel Rahman Abdel Aal, a university instructor specializing in explaining engineering subjects in a simplified and interactive manner via Zoom. God willing, our lessons aim to provide a deep and systematic understanding of the curriculum content, through simplified and interactive explanations that adapt to each student's level. 🔹 Short tests are given periodically to measure understanding and stimulate concentration, while clarifying the differences between similar concepts to prevent distraction. 🔹 I rely on various examples, patience, and gradual delivery of information in my explanation, until the student reaches full understanding with confidence. 🔹 There is continuous follow-up via WhatsApp or Telegram throughout the semester to answer questions and help the student with studying and solving problems as they occur. 💻 The explanation is conducted online via Zoom, with a full recording of each session provided, so that the student can review it at any time. 🎯 Our goal is not just to pass the subject, but to excel in it and understand it in an easy and consistent manner, God willing.

Tips and Tricks for Sociology Essay Writing, Targeted to GCSE and AS/A Level Students.
I am eager to help young people feel confident when writing sociology essays. I will place an emphasis on deconstructing the questions students are given by encouraging them to reword the question to offer a different perspective on it. In addition, the main aim of a sociology essay is to convince the reader more and more of the argument you have claimed in the introduction. I want to help students do this by helping them follow the PEAL structure, i.e. Point, Evidence, Analysis, Link back to question. I have found this a very effective and coherent way of structuring an essay. I have studied Sociology for 7 years now, at AS/A Level, Undergraduate Level and now at MSc level at LSE. I was awarded First-Class Honours in my undergraduate as well as 'Best Dissertation of the year' by the School of Humanities and Social Sciences. I am seeking a potential career in academia so I truly feel passionate about engaging with the lesson plans on this platform and helping students feel confident in their essay writing.
