Fitness is an important aspect of a healthy pregnancy.

I am a qualified personal trainer (among other specialties) to deliver sessions for clients in pregnancy and post childbirth.

I have also recently completed my own postnatal program following a difficult pregnancy and the birth of my son - giving me more than just the education and experience, as I’ve personally completed the journey myself and know how challenging it can be - and how rewarding.

I will focus on the type of fitness you enjoy, at your level of fitness but most importantly within the boundaries of your pregnancy. We work with your doctors to ensure at all times the safety of your pregnancy so that you can enjoy your fitness comfortably knowing your little one/s is/are safe and also enjoying the benefits of sports in pregnancy.
Extra information
I have all the equipment necessary, and if it’s easier (and you have the space) can travel to your residence. We can also do sessions online for anyone who doesn’t live in central Paris.

About Me
CIMSPA Advanced Practitioner and Level 4 Master Practitioner in Personal Training with experience supporting clients through fitness, health and lifestyle change.

I specialise in evidence-based fitness coaching, behaviour change, health and wellbeing education, weight management and exercise programming. My qualifications include advanced personal training, nutrition for weight management and athletic performance, pre and postnatal exercise, older adult exercise and online coaching.

Alongside my fitness career, I have over 24 years of professional experience in project management, helping individuals and organisations achieve sustainable long-term results through structured planning, accountability and coaching.

Areas of interest include general fitness, boxing for fitness, weight management, strength and conditioning, workplace wellbeing and healthy lifestyle development.

Whether your goal is fitness, weight management, boxing technique, confidence, conditioning or general health, sessions are tailored to your individual needs and experience level.

Classes combine boxing drills, pad work, movement, footwork, cardiovascular conditioning, strength exercises and technical skill development in a supportive environment.

Beginners are welcome and no previous boxing experience is required. More experienced participants can focus on advanced combinations, defensive skills, ring movement and boxing-specific conditioning.

Sessions can be adapted for fitness-focused clients who want the benefits of boxing training without sparring, as well as those looking to develop technical boxing skills.
