About Me

I started my career at the age of 10, in music school. I came out 5 years later with a postgraduate diploma. While continuing my apprenticeship, I then joined various projects with which I was able to tour throughout Europe as in the United States, for almost 10 years.

Ableton user, and more recently Bitwig, I produce electronic music for 10 years and have released many singles / EP, but also an album under several different labels. I also performed many performances in Toulouse, Lyon, Bordeaux and Marseille.

Classes are accessible for all levels, and can be adapted according to the needs of the student: composition of music from samples and what creative treatments can be applied, and / or practice of sound synthesis via a panel of Subtractive / FM digital synthesizers.

My learning methods are modern while reinforcing the fundamental notions of rhythm, interpretation and theory which make the difference between amateurs and professionals.

My specialty is jazz which also helps develop the creative part and the improvisation of the students.

For the youngest we will work on the pleasure of playing music before arriving on classical music theory (essential) but which can quickly disgust a young child. Through new methods such as beatbox, body percussion, we can learn rhythm and independence while having fun.

I have been giving guitar lessons for a long time (maybe 10 years)! It also allowed me to evolve myself.
I learned the guitar on my own so I think I found a way to easily convey things without fussing, as if I had to explain it to myself when I was starting out. Self-taught learning is not a bad thing but on the contrary an advantage because I know the things that unblocked me, I can give you advice to move faster, spot all the nonsense that you can see on the net . The passion for music and the guitar led me to be interested in different styles of music: metal, jazz funk, blues rock, folk, etc; to enrich my game.

I rarely do the same things because I build the course according to the objectives (interpretation, composition, improvisation, etc.) and the styles of music / favorite artists. The goal is to have fun playing what you like but also to open up to things.

Beginners will develop a sense of rhythm, how to read a score/tablature, get to know their instrument (e.g. how to tune correctly, how to hold a pick), basic chord shapes and the most common scales.

My classes start first of all from the person's desire and are aimed at beginners or more advanced people who wish to explore techniques or styles in greater depth.
We then see the most suitable approach so that you are as independent as possible and enjoy using the instrument.

The course generally lasts 1 hour and is divided between instrumental practice on proposed pieces and musical styles, music theory (knowledge of music theory is not essential), and rhythms.

A course can also be considered on an ad hoc basis, to give you direction and areas for work.

I guarantee a friendly and serious atmosphere at the same time.

The course is organized around 3 main axis:
1) Learning music that the student enjoys
2) Improvisation
3) Writing/Composition

Beginners will develop a sense of rhythm, how to read a score/tablature, get to know their instrument (e.g. how to tune correctly, how to hold a pick), basic chord shapes and the most common scales.

For more experienced students, the aim is to broaden their rhythmic horizons (odd time signatures, polyrhythms), gain exposure to exotic modes (Arabic, Ukrainian, Chinese scales, etc.), understand the music they love by analyzing harmony and extracting practical knowledge from it.

As each student is different, the theory/practice percentage will be adapted to enable progress through the pleasure of music.

Finally, depending on needs, some lessons can be devoted to learning how to record oneself (finding the right equipment together, how to make an audio mix), compose drum scores, or write for a string quartet.
