I offer piano and music theory lessons for beginners and intermediate levels. Having studied music for 6 years in Ukraine and completed 5 years of study at the Lausanne Conservatory, I provide a solid and rigorous training.
Each lesson is personalized: I listen to the student's needs, identify their difficulties, and explain concepts as clearly as possible. My goal is for each student to progress at their own pace, with confidence and enjoyment.

IMPORTANT: I am NOT able to give piano lessons at my home (this is usually stated in the ad). If you don't have a piano at home, I can reserve a room with one near Lausanne, but in that case, the rate CHANGES. It's either 40 or 44 francs per hour, depending on the room and its exact location. So, it's 20 francs per lesson plus 20 or 24 francs for the room rental. I'm currently looking for a better solution, and as soon as I have something better to offer, I'll post it here as soon as possible.

About Me

My name is Amieliia (or Amelia), I grew up in Ukraine where I started playing the piano at the age of 7. After 6 years of musical training there, I settled near Lausanne, where I continued and completed my piano and music theory studies at the Lausanne Conservatory.
Music is a passion that I want to share with patience and enthusiasm. I love seeing my students progress and gain confidence; that's what motivates me to teach.

Education

- Lausanne Conservatory (2021-2026): I studied solfège from 2021 until 2025 and received my certificate, and piano (for the part concerning Switzerland) I studied from 2021 until 2026, received a prize in 2025 and received my certificate in 2026 (in June).
- Chamblandes Gymnasium (2022-2026): I completed the final year of high school, but I had to repeat the first year before progressing directly through all the years (1M, 2M, and 3M). I received my diploma in June 2026.
