Strength and Conditioning coach who specialises in back pain management and reduction. I have a degree in sports science and coaching with a post grad in strength and conditioning. Since 2018 I have helped many people with their goals of overcoming their back pain both in person and online. Sessions are delivered on a 4 week basis with the inclusion of weekly coaching calls. You may have as many as you require but I usually find 1-2 per week is enough. During the sessions we discuss your problem, your goals, your strategy to reaching those goals, your progress each week and any areas that need critique.

Maths is an extremely complex subject with a lot of things to understand. I want to be able to help people improve their skills with this subject. In a session, I would typically work through a task that the student struggles with to help them build on it and try to understand it in a different way. Following this, I would then set a small homework to establish these ideas. Due to being a student myself, I understand the difficulties that young people face in a classroom and so am able to find alternative approaches which may be more suitable to the individual.

The world of music theory and notation can seem daunting and complex for the uninitiated, but with a little bit of coaching, anyone can learn to speak the language of composition. In this class, I will teach students how to notate their musical ideas, as well as to stretch and develop them into fully fledged pieces. Suitable for any level of ability, I can introduce the basics, help with GCSE and A-Level students, or assist anyone who is interested in composition as an independent project. With me, you will learn about a variety of composers and their music from J.S. Bach to Morton Feldman and their approaches to composition. This will do nothing but enrich your own work and inspire your creativity.

It is a foundational course for all areas of future study in health science and exercise science and it is a vital building block to subsequent course work.Human anatomy is the study of the structures of the human body. An understanding of anatomy is key to the practice of medicine and other areas of health. In this class you may expect tailor made classes for the requirements of the people. By the end of the sessions you will be having an understanding of Human anatomy.

Hello! I am Vivien, a passionate tutor with six years of experience teaching both online and in-person, in tutoring centres and as a teaching assistant in school. Having lived and worked in France for a year, I have a strong understanding of practical fluent daily-use of the language and can help you to develop oral skills. I have also obtained a first-class Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and French and A* at A-level and GCSE, and so have a portfolio of high-quality resources and in-depth knowledge of the curriculum and exam structure. I have taught students aged 5-16, and I strive to understand each student’s individual learning style and interests to make lessons as engaging and effective as possible. I am happy to help with homework, exam preparation, or improving subject understanding, and can tailor my lessons accordingly. About Me: I grew up in Athens, Greece, I am a graduate of the Berklee College of Music (US) affiliate's, Philippos Nakas Conservatory, Modern Music department and I specialise in Rock, Metal and Fusion. In addition, I have more accreditation from RGT (Registry of Guitar Tutors) and BIMM (British and Irish Modern Music Institute), but I believe in a hands on approach. Last but not least, I have participated in many groups and toured the UK and Europe. I recently composed and released an album and I am currently writing new material. Ballet for different ages from grades 1 to 7 at a location that suits the student. I'll be travelling down to the student chosen location. Please wear ballet leotard with ballet satin flats shoes and ballet tights. In addition all girls must have their in a bun.

I would love to tutor any primary age years that may be sitting the 11 plus examination or grammar school equivalent exams. Having been tutored by my father when undergoing the same tests in order to gain entry into the notable Altrincham Grammar School for Boys, I have a good understanding of what it takes to succeed in this, and would love to use the techniques I was taught to help other children earn a place at their desired school. I already have 3 years experience tutoring for the 11 plus and maths at higher levels, and am confident to help many others- including Maths pupils up to A-level.
