•Learn how to play saxophone, develop your musicality and build your own repertoire (for all kind of music and levels)

“Don't play the saxophone. Let it play you.” - Charlie Parker -

Everyone of us has is own musicality, we have just to let her come out.

The goal of my lesson is to let you discover how much fun and passion music can gives.

Music has no age: you're never too young or too old to tell yourself through a musical instrument.

If you love and recognize yourself in the warm sound of the saxophone then what are you waiting for!?

Let's start this wonderful Music journey Together :)

“Whatever you think can't be done, somebody will come along and do it.” – Thelonious Monk

SAXOPHONE LESSON:
To learn how to transfer your musical ideas into the saxophone is required a total connection between your body and your mind with the horn. That's why for the first part of every lesson will be focused on the Sound and the saxophone technique.

You need to learn how to build your own saxophone tone and how to sing into the instrument.

This process can take some weeks for really beginners but it'll show you how the musical practice can positive effect your all body and emotions, as well as your creativity.

In order to make your music journey more fun and personal my lessons will be based on your music interests and purpose (learn how to read music, improvisation ecc...)

During this journey together we'll build your own repertoire of songs that most represent you, which we'll dedicate the second part of the lesson.

FOR NERDY ;)
For those who wants to go deeper into the world of saxophone I'll organize some special 'listening section' focus on the the role of Saxophone in the music history and in the different kind of music. From the classical repertoire (Gershwin, Bizet, Milhaud, Rota, Bernstein, Steve Reich, Michael Nyman...) passing through the more popular: Blues, Jazz (Stan Getz, Charlie Parker, John Coltrane, Cannonball Adderly, Sonny Rollins...), latin , rock&roll, Pop until nowadays.

We'll listen to the milestones of the great composers and performers that have made the history of this fantastic instrument.

I'm sure It'll be a journey of discovery the beauty of the music to which this instrument has made, and a big inspiration for you to grow the passion toward this amazing form of art.

About Me

Music has inspired myself since I was a child, but is thanks to the teachers that I met along my learning process of this art if I decided that I want to make music my profession.
I graduated in classical saxophone in 2017 in Verona (IT) and started to teach Saxophone in the Lizard Music Academy of Garda (IT) and introductory music for children in the Primary and Middle school. Years later the irrepressible desire to go deeper into the fascinating world of improvisation took me back in school, precisely in Codarts (Rotterdam Conservatorium) where I'm studying jazz and Latin Music.

Piano, music theory, composition and improvisation lessons
I am a Spanish pianist and composer (MMus graduated from Codarts University in both directions) with several years of teaching experience, and also very active in performing in various contexts. I give private piano lessons for all levels and styles (classical, jazz, Latin, new age, pop...), as well as music theory, composition and improvisation lessons. My lessons are distinguished by their dynamics, practical approach and adaptation to the needs and interests of the student. I teach in my studio in Rotterdam Center, where I have a brand new upright piano for lessons. I speak basic Dutch, which is getting better every day. Saxophone, Clarinet, Piano, Impro and Music Theory lessons for all ages and levels, physically & Online by a Music Master graduate!
Hi! My name is Eduardo, a professional musician and long-time music teacher. I am offering physical and online lessons in Music Theory, Improvisation and Instrument. #Harmony #Composition #Solfège #Saxophone #Clarinet #Piano Lessons are addressed to every student profile, regardless of age, level of expectations (no matter if it is seen as a hobby or rather if the individual is getting prepared for official Conservatory auditions, etc.). We will play and/or focus on what the student is willing to deepen into (whatever music style they are interested in, more theoretical aspects or rather practical ones), trying to get the maximum profit of the employed time, and prioritising the actual learning of the person as the main factor for their motivation. I obtained my Jazz Music Master's program at the Prince Claus Conservatoire of Groningen in June 2022. Previously, in 2018, I graduated from my music Bachelor's at the Conservatorio Superior de Música del Liceu in Barcelona (Spain).

Musical Mayhem: Fun and Creative Lessons for All!!.
Hey there, Are you in need of a talented and fun-loving music teacher? Well, look no further! I'm your gal. First of all, let me just say that I love music. Like, seriously love it. And there's nothing that brings me more joy than sharing that love with others. That's why I've spent the last decade of my life teaching music theory, performance, and technique to students of all ages and levels. But here's the thing, I don't believe that music has to be all serious and stuffy. In fact, I think that learning music should be a fun and enjoyable experience. That's why I strive to create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere in my lessons, complete with jokes, puns, and maybe even some karaoke sessions (if you're lucky). Now, don't get me wrong, I take my job seriously. I have a Bachelor's degree in Music Education and a Master's degree in Music Performance, so you can rest assured that I know my stuff. But I also believe that learning music should be a joyful and exciting journey. So, if you're looking for a music teacher who can not only teach your students how to make them laugh, then look no further. I'm your girl. Let's make beautiful music together!

Drum Lessons for all levels - all styles considered!
Do you want to play in a band, play for fun at home with friends, or become a proffecional drummer? Come for a lesson in my studio and see what you'd like to learn. If you like a certain style, we will focus on it and develop your playing towards your taste. I've been playing, teaching and studying drums for over 15 years now. I take it very seriously and try to tailor my teaching to every student that I have. I can use my experience as a proffecional musician to make you progress fast and focus on things not every teacher knows from books. In this course we will focus on technique as well as creativity and improvisation (one of the most enjoyable aspects of playing drums). Do you have any other percussion instrument you'd like to expand your knowledge on? I can offer you percussion lessons as well since I have a lot of experience in playing percussion as well. If you want to study with me I can provide a stable program for development for fast results including scores, exercises, etc. About me: As well as teaching, I'm mainly a performer of music - I've been playing drums with different bands as well as classical percussion for more than 15 years now in many different settings. In the last years of my development I've taken a closer look to jazz, pop, hip hop and rock music. I can use my experience to find good qualities in my students and develop them as much as possible. I hope you consider me to be your teacher :)

Have fun by learning how to play the clarinet and discovering how the music works!
Do you want to have fun learning how to play the most beautiful instrument in the world or improve your skills with it? I'd be delighted to do it with you! I'm a classical clarinetist, I have two masters (recently graduated at Codarts) and different experience in orchestra, chamber music and teaching! My goal as a teacher is to stimulate the student to study in order to be at the disposal of music and not a passive player as can happen many times when you undertake a new study. That is why I like to play with my students and organize little private concerts and try-out. Concerning the music theory lessons, I am not going to bore you with long and incomprehensible explanations! We will study it in a fun and effective way! I've been studying music since I'm five years old and I started with the Kodaly method that made me approach music in a very natural way! I hope to see you soon!

Bandoneon Lessons - Learning from the instrument's technique
Bandoneon is a very well know instrument for playing tango, in fact it's part of the genre's DNA. However, not many people know that the instrument was constructed in Germany and some people even say it was supposed to be used as an portable organ. This means that the Bandoneon has a technique that is independent of any genre. This technique is not found by coping other instruments such as the organ or keyboard but through the development of the nature of the instrument. This is mainly the importance of the air and how it is affected by the pulling and the movement we make when we play. Of course Tango will be an important axis of the lessons as it very important for the development of the instrument and for specific techniques but Tango won't be the starting point as it's not the best pedagogical tool for learning the instrument. But no worries, we'll get there ;) Have you ever wondered how a Gregorian chant, Bach, Mozart & Chopin might sound in the bandoneon? The results might surprise as you would get a very different sound from the one you are originally used to. Also, we can try and use the bandoneon for different and new genres, who knows what we might discover from the instrument along the way?
