About Me

Hi,

I'm Virginia and I'm 30 years old. I come from Patagonia Argentina where I was born, raised and where my passion for languages began. I love to appreciate art and develop it through writing, poetry recitation, dances and music.
I studied Welsh from the age of 11 to 19 and that was my bridge to language teaching. At 18 I had the opportunity to teach Welsh and English in an elementary school and that was when I realized how important it was for me to pass on the language I had learned to
others. I found myself being understanding, patient and passionate in my role as a teacher.
Many experiences happened as in schools giving workshops, as a teacher in bilingual schools and also as a teacher or private tutor of students of all ages. Currently giving private lessons online and in person, I continue to build meaningful bonds with my students where I can find and transmit new learning. In each one I find a reason to improve as a teacher, adapting my methods and proposals. I also discover aptitudes and skills that I am developing, such as patience, creativity, kindness, etc.
In my classes you will find a free space to express your interests and doubts about the language, you will find from me explanations about what you are interested in knowing as many times as necessary. My methods include finding the resources that correspond to the age and profile of the student, creating a space of free expression to encourage meaningful learning and creating your own authentic and real language. I offer classes for beginners, exam revision, travel preparation, conversation and writing practice. All of these offerings are for children, youth and adults at all levels.
