About Me

Musik begleitet mich schon seit meiner Kindheit, und das Klavier ist für mich bis heute eine der schönsten Möglichkeiten, mich auszudrücken. Ich studiere Konzertfach Klavier an der Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien (MUK) und durfte im Laufe meiner Ausbildung mit großartigen Pianisten und Musikern aus verschiedenen Ländern arbeiten, unter anderem mit Ronan O’Hora, David Jalbert und Daniel Shapiro.

Meine musikalische Reise begann an der Wiener Staatsoper, wo ich bereits als Kind in verschiedenen Opernproduktionen mitwirken und solistische Erfahrungen sammeln durfte. Seitdem habe ich bei Konzerten und internationalen Wettbewerben in Europa und Kanada viele wertvolle Erfahrungen auf und hinter der Bühne gesammelt.

Im Unterricht ist mir besonders wichtig, eine offene und angenehme Atmosphäre zu schaffen, in der man sich musikalisch ausprobieren, weiterentwickeln und vor allem Freude am Klavierspielen haben kann.

Ich unterrichte alle Levels – vom Anfänger bis zum fortgeschrittenen Pianisten.

Für fortgeschrittene Schüler:innen geht es mir darum, gemeinsam das eigene musikalische Potenzial weiterzuentwickeln, neue Perspektiven auf das Spiel zu entdecken und den nächsten Schritt in Richtung Konservatorium oder professioneller musikalischer Ausbildung zu machen.

Jede:r lernt anders – deshalb passe ich meinen Unterricht individuell an dich, deine Ziele und deine Interessen an.

The rule is simple: don't be afraid to make a fool of yourself! Students are encouraged to try, fail, and overall be proactive in learning new information in bite-sized chunks: all of that in a warm and comforting environment.

I was born in 1996 in Ulsan, South Korea.
When I was a child, I loved listening to classical music a lot. I started playing the piano when I was 6.
In 2012 I started studying at Busan High School of Arts. I graduated from this course when I was 19, and then went on to study at Chugye Art University in Seoul. There I had the opportunity to learn a lot and to play with different musicians.
I am currently attending the Franz Schubert Conservatory for a Master of Music. I'm studying piano there.

While learning to play the piano, I have taught diverse students with different musical experiences.

I could see a lot of improvement besides that.
