Hi! My name is Finlay.
I'm a 26 year old musician from Ireland.
I have been playing guitar for 12 years.
I offer classes for beginner and intermediate guitar players personalized to your tastes. I want to get people who are new or improving excited to play music and give them the skills to play the way they wish they could. The way I teach my class is by breaking down your favourite songs and helping you master the techniques used so you can use them yourself. The key to learning guitar is learning to play what you love.
I love playing music and helping others to enjoy it as well. I will design my classes to suit your tastes and goals.
I offer classes in English. I speak German but not enough to provide the best lessons I can.

Bring a notebook to write down learnings each class! I have multiple guitars we can practice on. However, they are all full-sized, so if you are younger and need a smaller one, be sure to bring your own!

My name is Finlay.
I am 26 years old from Ireland and have moved to Vienna to become a professional musician.
I have been playing music for 20 years and recording music myself for 7 years. Music is my passion, and i know now what it is that a beginning musician needs to know, and what i wish i knew when i was starting out!
I offer music production and recording lessons. This includes recording and production techniques, microphone placement and techniques, studio gear knowledge, how to use a professional production software, as well as broader music technology lessons.
I am happy to create personalised lessons based on whatever it is that you wish to know the most. We can discuss what it is that you want from this and we can go from there :)
All lessons are done at my home and I provide the tools needed to learn the basics.

With a completed Bachelor's degree in Performance and Instrumental Vocal Pedagogy from the Music and Arts Private University and the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, and currently pursuing a Master's degree in these subjects, I bring a solid foundation of musical expertise. I am a multiple prize winner at international and national competitions in Asia and Europe, and I regularly perform solo and chamber music ensemble concerts throughout Europe. I have 10 years of teaching experience and work at a private music school.
