I offer private piano lessons to students of different ages and levels. Depending on the student's final goal we adjust the repertoire and skills that are needed for obtaining the goal. My goal as a teacher is to keep and increase the students' love for music as well as to offer necessary and appropriate knowledge/skills to keep the student challenged.

May I introduce myself? my name is Yunjeong. I was born in 1996 in Ulsan, South Korea. When I was a child, I loved listening to classical music a lot. I started playing the piano when I was 6. In 2012 I started studying at Busan High School of Arts. I graduated from this course when I was 19, and then went on to study at Chugye Art University in Seoul. There I had the opportunity to learn a lot and to play with different musicians. I am currently attending the Franz Schubert Conservatory for a Master of Music. I'm studying piano there. While learning to play the piano, I have taught diverse students with different musical experiences. I could see a lot of improvement besides that. Hi there, I offer individual piano lessons for children and adults, tailored to the needs of beginners and advanced students. My focus is on classical music, but jazz, pop and other styles are also possible. The lessons take place in the MusikQuartier. Home visits are also possible upon request. Hi, I'm Karoline! I have a Bachelor of Education from the University of Music and performing arts Vienna and have been teaching for several years. Whether you are a complete beginner (of any age) or have been playing for many years - my lessons will be customized to fit you personal needs and goals. For me the most important thing is to pass down my passion for the instrument and music and to teach you how to be confident with your instrument. I can also prepare you for exams (i.e. entrance exams for a music university) and teach lessons in music theory and ear training. In my lessons I like to occasionally use methods from elementary music education, which focuses on musical expression. That way you can practice to express yourself and your feelings on the instrument and the typical fear of mistakes is being avoided. I teach in a beautiful room with a grand piano near the Belvedere. I am a singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose music has been featured in publications such as The Huffington Post, BBC and WRAL. I have written and co-written songs that have accumulated tens of millions of streams. I am represented by Kobalt/AWAL (Lauv, Bruno Major, Tom Misch), Maximal Music Sync (Candi Staton, North Star Media), Music Table South Korea, and Sixtyfour Music London and have co-written with Richard Walters (Declan J Donovan, 3lau, Alison Moyet, Grey's Anatomy, CSI) and breakout Dutch artist Judy Blank. Alongside releasing my own material, I am also a session pianist, writer and guitar player who has worked for many clients in studios both in Europe and the States, as well as on tours worldwide including major festival slots and tours in the UK, Europe and the States. ---------- I primarily am interested in teaching people to develop their own sense of artistic identity, and am keen to mentor pupils who are already making headway in their own progress as a musician or in the music industry.
