Do you have a job in the workplace but are unable to converse with your colleagues because they speak another language? This lesson may be for you! In the UK you would be staggered at the number of French businesses that have headquarters in the UK, with Michelin, Thales and Citrëon to bane just a few. This leads to many French employees working in these businesses. The trouble is how to engage with them in their native language.

This crash course will seek to address this issue as much as possible.

French work culture will also briefly be discussed and how it differs to the UK.

Phrases such as d'accord, on y va, and à bientôt will taught in this session, as well as regular verbs like manger and boire.

About Me

Hello, I am a TEFL certified linguistics teacher. I am based in Angmering, on the South Coast of England. I am a native speaker of English, which I have taught in various public schools across Spain, as well as remotely with numerous language academies. I have also worked in secondary schools in the UK at GCSE level for French and Spanish, whereby I earned my PGCE.

I have a wealth of passion for MFLs (Modern Foreign Languages), as they enable us to better understand cultures that are different to our own. As well as expanding our vocabularies in the process which enhances our understanding of our own language.

I am a caring, empathetic person who always relishes enhancing my pupils ability to use the language confidently with self-expression.

I look forward to meeting and conversing with anyone who wants to start their journey with a new language, or perhaps seeks to improve what understanding they already have.
