My name is Cindy, and I bring over 20 years of experience in music and piano education. Teaching has been my passion since graduating from university, where I began my journey as a full-time piano teacher. My lessons go beyond piano performance, offering a comprehensive approach that includes sight-reading, music theory, and aural training tailored to each student’s needs.

I’ve had the privilege of working with students of all ages—children, teenagers, and adults—at every skill level. My teaching style is flexible and personalized, adapting to each student’s interests, goals, and unique strengths. Whether you’re just starting or looking to refine advanced skills, I’m here to make learning both effective and enjoyable.

Do you like singing? Or do you walk around with songs in your head all day? Then take singing lessons with Deborah online or in Amstelveen Westwijk. We sing songs from different countries and times. We will also work on different rhythms, notes and tone exercises.

If you are busy singing you can even have a completely different feeling and you can ensure that you have extra energy for the rest of the day.

Your body is your instrument when singing. We try to make that instrument sound as beautiful as possible..

During the singing lessons we also work on articulation, the pronunciation of foreign languages and also on the meaning of and your feelings about a particular piece. Of course we decide together what kind of music you will sing. We will also make a journey of discovery together to your favorite music.

Learning to play the guitar can be an amazing experience at every stage of the process! My ultimate goal is to help my students to develop their skills and musical understanding by learning and playing music that they like.

Als klarinettist speel ik regelmatig bij verschillende Nederlandse toporkesten, waaronder het Koninklijk Concertgebouworkest, Rotterdams Philharmonisch Orkest, Nederlands Philharmonisch Orkest, Radio Filharmonisch Orkest en het Nederlands Blazers Ensemble. Eyal has taught hundreds of students over the past 15 years, both guitar and piano next to music theory and composition. Besides his formal music education (a bachelor's in composition, a teaching degree from the music academy in Jerusalem, and a master's in composition from Codarts, Rotterdam), Eyal has acquired experience in a wide range of various musical styles, including Rock, Blues, Jazz, classical music, electronic music, and contemporary music, on which he bases his rich approach which can be adjusted to every student separately.

Solos, chords, improvisations, heavy distortion or acoustic guitar, playing at a party or jumping on stages, reading notes, or playing by ear. Maybe you know exactly what you want, and maybe you are not sure. In Eyal's view, the job of the teacher is to help you find that out, and guide you through your process.

Lessons are tailored to each student depending on their age, level and interests. I teach piano and basic guitar, combining classical training with music theory, composing and pop music, so there’s always a mix rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

For younger students who are learning to read music, I also introduce basic composing. Writing their own simple pieces makes the notes more meaningful and keeps them engaged.

I hold a Master’s in Piano Performance from The Hartt School (USA) and trained at ESMUC Barcelona, studying with top international pianists like Adolf Pla and Luiz de Moura Castro. I’ve performed across Europe, the U.S., and Asia, and have taught piano for over 15 years — in conservatories, private studios, and internationally online.

My passion lies not only in performance but in helping students discover what they are capable of. I’m dedicated, empathetic, and patient — and I want you to enjoy your learning journey as much as I do sharing it.

Hello! My name is Jade. I’m an undergraduate student and have been playing the piano for 15 years; I graduated from the Geneva Conservatory.

In my lessons, I focus on practice and improving technique. Although I have prepared lessons and pieces, I give my students a great deal of freedom in choosing their sheet music, the intensity of their lessons, and the type of instruction they need. I see the piano as a passion and, above all, an art form which, as such, shouldn’t become a source of stress or frustration. We’ll make progress through small successes and can explore a variety of genres, from classical music to songs, pop, and even film scores.

My priorities are for students to learn the notes and develop the ability to read sheet music easily, as well as rhythm and interpretation.

Every student's musical journey is different, and your lessons should be too.

With more than 5 years of experience teaching piano to students of all levels (from complete beginners to advancing conservatory-track students and retired adults rediscovering music) lessons are built around your goals, pace and interests. Whether you're picking up the piano for the first time, preparing for conservatory entrance exams, or returning to the instrument after years away, each student finds a plan tailored to where they are and where they want to go.

The first lesson is about getting to know each other: understanding your current level, your goals, and what excites you musically, so a clear and realistic plan can be built from day one. From there, practice is kept structured and achievable; with concrete, doable goals between lessons, as well as different tools and materials provided along the way. Lessons can take place at my home or, if preferred, at your own address.

As a teacher, I try to stay flexible to what my students want to explore: I find pupils are often passionate about all kinds of genres, and while my own training is classical, I'm just as happy helping a student work on jazz standards and improvisation if that's what excites them, alongside more traditional repertoire.

Rather than a fixed curriculum, I build a custom syllabus for each student based on their needs, goals, and current level. In designing lessons, I draw on my own experience both as a self-taught musician and as an academically trained one — combining structured, conservatory-level methods with the flexibility that comes from having found my own way into this field first.

Learning to play the piano is challenging - but also a lot of fun! I make sure that my students learn quickly, in order to achieve their goals and play their favorite pieces. In my bachelor and master studies, I specialized in Jazz and improvised music but I also have experience with teaching and playing classical repertoire and all in between. Depending on your goals and your favorite musical genres, I will make a personalized teaching plan that focuses on the music you actually want to play and the exercises that you need to get there.
