About Me

Hi Hi!

My name is Flore and I have been working as a music teacher for 4 years in a private music school where I give piano and singing lessons. I myself have a bachelor's degree in musical education and I study jazz singing at the Lemmens Institute in Leuven.

Singing is a fragile instrument. In the lessons I try to create a safe environment, so that everyone can fully try everything. I try to give everyone the opportunity to grow quickly based on level and own interests!

I give warming up, technique and phrasing exercises. I always start my lessons with a good voice warm-up. Then we start with a number. I mainly listen in which areas you want to work as a singer/singer.

No, we don't think that being able to sing is absolutely necessary for actors. Not every actor or actress has the ambition to appear in a musical and not every series or film features singing. Still, vocal coaching is a good idea... whether you want to learn to sing or not!

With your course fee you can participate in any of our courses whenever you want. This way you can not only learn to act, but also taste our courses in debate and presentation techniques (our TV course), communication, singing, improvisation, 'physical acting', lie detection, hypnosis, directing, or writing! I offer private singing lessons in Ghent with piano or guitar accompaniment. Knowledge of music theory isn't necessary; a desire to sing and work is all it takes! I'm an electric guitarist for 17 years. I've been teaching guitar for 7 years and performin live for 10 years. Currently, I'm a masters student at KASK & Conservatorium.

Depending on your preferences in terms of genre and goals on the instrument (just keeping it as a hobby or getting professional at it), your curriculum will be shaped. Also it will be conducted while studying your favorite songs. One of my main goals is for you to be able to accompany your favorite pieces and understand the ideas behind those pieces better.
