Namaste, dear yogis🙏🏻 I am glad to welcome you to my page. The fact that you are here is not an accident :) For me, yoga is not just a job, it is my way of life. And that's why my main goal is for Yoga to come to you not only on the mat, but also to enter your hearts, uniting your body with your soul. In my lessons, you will learn to feel your body, understand its needs and respect its capabilities. My lessons are flexible, so each practice will be adapted according to the capabilities of your body today. Hatha yoga, which is a fusion of two energies of the sun (male) and the moon (female), will lead you to a balance between tension and relaxation. With regular practice, you will gain not only strength and flexibility in the body, but also the ability to relax it, which is very important in the modern world, where stress is one of the main problems of society. Vinyasa flow yoga is a direction that preserves the traditions of Hatha yoga, but with the use of dynamic bundles. The advantage of the dynamic approach is that the movement warms up the connective tissues enveloping the muscles, thanks to this they begin to slide better, which, in turn, allows you to increase the amplitude of movements and develop functional flexibility. The combination of the static approach of Hatha yoga and dynamic Vinyasa flow yoga in one practice allows you to cover all muscle groups with attention, ensuring optimal muscle development and dynamics of internal processes in the body, such as lymph supply and blood supply. Therefore, if you lead a sedentary lifestyle, at the end of a hard working day, practicing with me will be the best way to relax both body and mind. Yes, despite the fact that we will sweat a lot, at the end of the practice you will realize that yoga is exactly what your body needs to relax and relieve excess tension. Well, if you want your day to pass energetically, and the body to retain its tone and working mood for a long time, starting the morning on the mat is the best way to show your love for the body. Yoga
The word "miniature" means small and delicate nature. And it is called a style of Iranian painting ; A style that is in fact the same smallness and elegance as stated in It has its own. Miniature movements take their form in three parts of the miniature paintings: A. From the body figures in these paintings, B. From the twist of lines and colours in these paintings C. From the elegance in these paintings ... General techniques and main features of miniature dance can be divided into several general categories: • Wave When performing the Iranian miniature form, the hands have many wavy movements. • Curves In this style, many curves can be created with the whole body, especially the hands. • Rotation Rotation and rotation movements are widely used in miniature dance. Rotations that show the circularity of this form (but not as much as hearing!) • figure In the form of Iranian miniatures, creating different figures by hand has a special effect and creates a vivid miniature painting. • Softness and elegance This form is performed in perfect softness and delicacy and rough or dry movements have no place in it. • Being current When performing a miniature, the body floats in space, as if moving like water. Carefully considering the above, we realise that all these features are exactly reflected in Iranian architecture and painting and miniature painting. Spiritual characteristics of the miniature form In miniature form, these spiritual characteristics are felt: calmness, liberation, tenderness, originality, sobriety.
Dance
My yoga classes are relaxing and energizing. They are based on Hatha and Kundalini styles. An invitation to practice from a place of softness and enjoyment of the body. My classes are flexible and tailored to your needs. I adapt the sessions to your level and prepare the sessions feeling the needs of my students as we progress together. I work with the breath and attention to the movement, and support my students in understanding the relationship between body and mind. Yoga for me is a means to connect more deeply with oneself and with life. It is a practice of self care and a method that supports life changes for more quality. Working with movement, breath, meditation it supports you at many levels: physical, emotional, energetic. After a few yoga sessions you can already start to feel the benefits of being more relaxed which supports being more present and open to respond to what is taking place in your life. Sustained practice will allow you to relieve and prevent chronic pain such as back pain, and anxiety while also using relaxation techniques. I am passionate about embodiment, connection between body-mind as a means of self expression, personal growth and connection to life force. Apart from being a Yoga teacher (Sampoorna Yoga Institute – India, recognized by Yoga International Alliance, I am a certified life coach (with Center for Transformational Presence) and support women choosing to reconnect more with themselves and what make them feel alive, integration of emotions. I have been teaching Yoga daily for the past 4 years. My goal is to meet your expectations and offer you an enjoyable time at home, or in a group (as in a company). We can choose together themes according to your abilities, need and desire so that I can guide you in the practice that is best for you.
