I a former Manchester City, England and Crewe Alexandra academy, with a level 2 coaching certificate. I am looking to work with aspiring footballers and share with them what I learnt about the football industry and take them to the level of player they want to be.
I have been riding from a very young age and have competed at high level in dressage, showing, showjumping, eventing and PC games. In the lessons we would be looking to develop your riding as a whole as well as focusing on a particular area that you felt you may need help with. I am happy to provide lessons for any area of horse riding but am most comfortable with flat/dressage lessons and basic showjumping. In an online session we would be able to assess and analyse videos of you riding and discuss the positives and the negatives, as well as practicing body position, posture, balance and evenness, all away from the saddle.

I am a qualified and experienced Hatha Yoga teacher. I can cater for beginners and the less mobile to the more advanced student. My yoga style tends to be relaxing with a lot of stretching rather than too strenuous, but again I can adapt the class to suit the requirements of the student. I also have experience of working with those with disabilities. All equipment provided.
