I also highly recommend my student take excellent notes during my demonstrations and instruction time. I will always share my own notes and sketch journals so the student has a goal in mind. After a section of tuition has been completed (equal to a half term) I examine the notes and give feedback. Basic geometric pattern is for anyone from any field of art. The pre-req that is required for the course is patience and resutltantly it will teach you versatile language of visual proportionality which will any art practiioner who is either working on 2D or 3D space or any kind of visual art. Fundamental use of compass /Polygons and their jorgans 2. Drawing six-fold & four-fold geometric patterns, which have been used throughout Muslim traditional art; Use of isometric grids in Islamic geometric design/patterns 3. Understanding of different proportionalities of tessellations. 4. Learn to construct Platonic and Archmedian solids

I am an architectural assistant and hold a Masters degree in Architecture. Having a strong passion towards art and human behaviour has led me to shaping haptic spaces to enable a journey full of encounters. I believe our subconsciousness can be expressed through bodily movements that can initiate with the mere moment of grabbing a pencil or a brush. As a result, my class explores the poetry behind art and its essence. My teaching method revolves around finding an individual's inner characteristics and conveying this into an expressive art form. My goal is to keep students challenged, but not overwhelmed. During my class, different mediums will be tested to ignite creativity. As a result of my profession, my classes can involve digital design involving Photoshop and Illustrator. It is important to be able to understand both 2D and 3D forms and so, my teaching method can include both aspects.

I'm a Fine Art graduate from University of the Arts London (UAL) - I currently specialise in photography and videography. However I have taught a range of different art disciplines from painting, drawing, design, crafts and sculpture. On a regular basis I teach children from ages 4-11 but I have experience teaching teenagers and adults as well. During lessons we can focus on a particular discipline such as painting or drawing, work on a project that someone has already started in their own time or I can assist with portfolios or sketchbooks for GCSE/AS/A Levels/Foundation/Degree.
