Hello! I have been playing the clarinet for more than 20 years and would be happy to guide you through your musical journey. I hold two Master’s degrees from the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) and previously studied at the Central Music School of the Tchaikovsky Conservatory. I offer clarinet lessons for beginners, intermediate and professional students, both children and adults. In the lessons we can work on: • sound and breathing technique • embouchure and articulation • learning repertoire, etudes or arrangements • music reading and rhythm • musical interpretation • orchestra excepts and many more Lessons are adapted to each student’s level and goals, whether you are just starting or already have some experience. Since I was a walking baby, my mom said I was a musician. As the years passed, this path drew itself almost alone. Was just right before coming abroad alone when I knew this passion was bigger than anything else I have in life. It was also since then, that I realized that more than all the performance musicians that I admired I should admire my teachers that allowed me to grow and discover my full potential. So, I perceived I want do be the creator of someone else's path and growth, both human and musically as I believe it is impossible to disconnect them, being music the ultimate form of expression. I don't have a lot of experience but I'm young, fast at adapting to new environments, and especially willing to grow and to be my best at every moment with every particular person. I am Letizia, 26 years old and I play the clarinet! I've been teaching children, teenagers, and adults for nine years. I'll be completing my Master's degree in Music Education (at the Zurich University of the Arts) in June 2022. I enjoy making music with children and adults who know, know about, or are learning to play the clarinet! It is time to create music! My lessons are completely personalized. You can be a complete beginner or already an advanced player, you are very welcome to my lessons. I have 5 years of teaching experience and more than 10 years of performing experience. I am currently studying Master in Music Pedagogy. In my lessons, you will improve your clarinet skills, learn about different styles (classical, pop, folk, klezmer), have new practicing tips, breathing exercises, and joy of creating music! I teach in English, German and Hungarian.

​Throughout her years studying performance, Maya has created a studio of young clarinetists. In her studio, she fosters a supportive environment where young musicians can develop their skills and express their creativity. Through personalized lesson plans and encouragement, Maya helps each student reach their full potential, instilling a love for music that lasts a lifetime. Maya is an accomplished clarinetist hailing from Minneapolis, Minnesota, with a deep passion for both chamber and orchestral music. She completed Masters Degree at Bard Conservatory where she studied with NY Philharmonic Clarinetist, Pascual Martinez Forteza and renowned soloist, David Krakauer. She has performed in venues such as Orchestra Hall and the Kennedy Center. As a soloist, Maya performed the Weber Clarinet Concerto no.1 with string orchestra in 2018. She has performed with various esteemed ensembles, including The Orchestra Now (TON), The Bard Conservatory Orchestra, The Phillippsburg Academy Orchestra, The Northern Lights Festival Orchestra, The Saluzzo Opera Academy Orchestra, and The University of Minnesota Orchestra.

Music Theory and Sight-Reading: In addition to learning how to play, we’ll also cover music theory and sight-reading to help you better understand the music and become a more well-rounded musician. Graduated with a Master's degree in clarinet from the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, a Didactic Master's degree in clarinet and a didactic master's degree in musical training at the Royal Conservatory of Mons, I propose to give you lessons at all levels of clarinet and/or musical training. I also offer piano lessons to beginner students. I am available every day and move to your home at your convenience. Depending on the level and age of the students, the duration of my classes vary between 30 minutes, 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes.
