My approach is to focus on developing the student’s mastery of the subject through problem based learning, including preparation for exams, while developing the student’s enjoyment of the subject and ability to learn by themselves. Over the years I have worked in different roles requiring a diverse range of skills including coaching/tutoring of high school students in year 9 to year 12 mathematics and coding for primary school children.

Greetings - I am a native English speaker from Canada, but have lived in CH for the past 38 years. I speak CH German, so if you get stuck on words, no problem! I have taught in the Canton School of Thurgau and also in Migros Klubschule (Business English and Children 6-16 English). I enjoyed these lessons and made many friends. I teach in a way to make it seem fun and have certain procedures to almost force you to remember how to pronounce words and also how to spell them. I was always successful with my students and I hope you will allow me to teach you a World language for travel, business and simply for networking in the international community. Thank you.

My courses are aimed at students of all levels and objectives: refresher courses, preparation for tests, exams or in-depth study of concepts. Each session is tailored to the student's needs. We begin by identifying difficulties, then review the concepts covered in the lesson before applying them through exercises of increasing difficulty. I place great importance on understanding concepts and developing reasoning skills rather than rote learning. The courses take place exclusively online, which allows for efficient work on the course material, exercises and corrections in real time. As an engineering student at ENSIMAG and a former student of MPSI-MP preparatory classes, I leverage my strong background in mathematics and computer science to guide students with rigor, patience, and effective teaching methods. My goal is to help them make lasting progress, gain confidence, and become independent in their work.
