This French course is designed for students of all levels, whether you are beginner, intermediate or advanced. The main objective of the course is to improve your French skills, including reading, writing, listening and speaking. Course content : French Grammar: We'll cover the basics of French grammar, including verb tenses, adjectives, adverbs, conjunctions and more. French vocabulary: Each week, we will explore different vocabulary themes to help you express yourself more easily in French. Listening skills: We will use audio and video resources to improve your listening comprehension of French. Speaking Skills: Conversation activities and classroom presentations will help you improve your ability to speak French fluently. French Culture: We will also explore French culture, including history, art, literature and cuisine to give you a deeper understanding of the language. Learning Objectives: By the end of this course, you should be able to understand and speak French with more confidence and accuracy. You will also have a better understanding of French culture. I am a historian and researcher with a strong international academic background and extensive teaching experience with secondary school, sixth form, and university students. I trained at both the University of Cambridge and the University of Oxford, and I hold two master’s degrees in History. I am also an undergraduate and master’s awardee. For several years, I have taught private History lessons and provided tutoring to students across different levels and educational systems, including GCSE, A-Level, IB, and university, both in person and online. I have experience preparing students for official exams, developing source analysis skills, essay writing, study organisation, and a deeper understanding of complex historical processes. I have also worked as a supervisor and teacher at the University of Cambridge, teaching university students in small-group settings. I help students not only improve their grades, but also develop critical thinking, analytical skills, and confidence in their studies. Thanks to my international experience and my background working in multicultural contexts, I am able to adapt my teaching to a wide range of student profiles, supporting both those who need reinforcement and those aiming for academic excellence.
