Rhythmic gymnastics is a unique sport combining physical strength with an art component. Rhythmic gymnastics is very versatile. You learn how to be in full control of your body, how to balance, turn, jump and coordinate apparatus work, which include rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon. Therefore, classes are never boring. My lessons are individually designed depending on clients' aims. I work with different ages and abilities. Lessons would usually include a warm-up, ballet exercises, apparatus handling (rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon) and routine corrections (for competitive students).

“Studying cultural education subjects, such as art and design, dance, drama and music, sparks creativity across the curriculum, encouraging young people to be inquisitive, disciplined and determined. Wherever children start in life, a high quality cultural education should be a right, not a privilege. All of our children deserve a rich cultural education, but not all of them are getting it.” Darren Henley OBE Chief Executive, Arts Council England I can offer Technique, Performance and Examination classes in each genre of dance. Whether for exercise and fun or professional training, my classes will provide a complete knowledge base of dance training.
