I specialize in tutoring French and English for school and for adults wanting to learn French as a Second Language. My goal is to keep students engaged and enthusiastic about learning a new language and to see them progress in their competencies. I like to get a sense of your learning style first, and what helps you best, and tailor my lesson plans to your learning strategies. If you haven't got a learning strategy in place, we can definitely work on one that fits you best.

*** English Version Below *** Hello, 👨‍🎓 My name is Mathieu and I offer my services for help with homework or private lessons, whatever the course, from college to terminal. 📚 Student in business school at ESCP Europe, I also have a license in applied mathematics obtained at the Panthéon Sorbonne University in Paris. I have given lessons for preparatory students for the past two years, as well as lessons for second and first graders. ⏱During the course, I think it is important to ensure that an exercise is understood by having the student redo it, rather than accumulating the exercises done with the student without ensuring that they have been assimilated. 🏠 I am located in South Hampstead and I can move around London. Regards, Mathieu. *** Version Française *** Hi, 👨‍🎓My name is Mathieu and I give private lessons, no matter the subject, from junior school to high school. 📚 Student at ESCP for a Master in Management, I also have a degree of applied Mathematics from the Parisian university Pantheon Sorbonne. I have given lessons to undergraduate students (preparatory classes to the French "Grandes Ecoles") and to high school students. ⏱ Sessions are conducted in a timely manner, so to make sure the student understands the material clearly and well, the process in which I teach is through repetitions rather than piling the exercices. 🏠 I live in South Hampstead but can move around London. Sincerely yours, Mathieu.

I specialise in tutoring Spanish and French to students of all levels, particularly teenagers preparing for their GCSE or A-Level examinations. I have just graduated with a first-class degree in Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge. I am familiar with various exam boards and would tailor the classes to specific individual needs (reading, writing, speaking), and will focus on confidence, grammatical accuracy and vocabulary range. I will provide periodic progress reports as well as lists of common errors and how to impress the examiners! I would preferably teach via Skype, as this flexibility is convenient for both myself and my students, but I am based in London so would be able to meet in person there. Please get in touch with any questions!

An original method and without constraint. The entirety of the learning is oral. No book, no note taking. A friendly and progressive method. Forget notebooks and homework. I suggest you learn French naturally quickly and without any effort, in the same way that you have acquired your mother tongue. It is through situations of daily life and current that from the first hours you will be able to see real progress.
