French might be one of the most complex language to learn. Letters that we do not pronounce, irregularities at each corner, one word meaning three different thing for a same pronunciation, sometimes an abstruse syntax... It is rather normal to have difficulties to learn it ! My goal is to make you exercise, to keep you challenged and curious about french culture. Hence, you will mainly practice during this class. Through discussion, memory games, reading or writing. I only assign homework when the student has time to do it. French is meant to be enjoyed! I certainly do not want to overwhelm you. A short recap of the class will be sent to you after each session. This class is designed for any level. From beginners to almost fluent students, the only thing you will need is curiosity and energy. Should you need to pass a test, a certificate, or should you just want to learn French to show off, we will make sure that your aims are achieved. (Classes are also available in German and in English)

Bonjour ! My name is Solène, I am a French student in Business and Management at ESCP Europe Business School, and I am doing an internship in London. I also speak Spanish as I spent a year in Madrid for my studies. During this year I gave French lessons to Spanish students and children 3 times a week. I loved this experience and seeing my students improve so quickly was a feeling that I am looking forward to feel again! My method to give classes is to push the student to learn by doing fun exercises, games etc. The most important part of a language is the speaking so I would mainly focus on that but I can of course adapt to the needs of the student. I would adapt my teaching method according to the age and the needs of the student and I am willing to give my best to make him/her enjoy French classes as much as possible !!

Hi, I'm Mirjana and by profession and by calling as well I'm a teacher of foreign languages and a linguist :) I've been teaching foreign languages for 10 years now (since I was 18) and I have a significant experience in non-formal education techniques, which is something I incorporate in every single one of my classes. Learning a language, building the confidence to speak it, discovering the culture and discovering yourself as well - in just one class :) On the serious side, I have a Master's degree in French Language teaching and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish, and I've also assisted during several year in DALF/DELF preparations and exams.
