David Minguillón began his musical studies on the piano at the age of 8, discovering the guitar 9 years later. Thanks to his first guitar teacher, the Brazilian Pedro Neto, he gained access to a diverse world of sounds, from blues to samba, from rock to singer-songwriters, as well as jazz and classical music. In 2001, he entered the Professional Music Conservatory of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, completing the intermediate level in 3 years (6 academic years) and obtaining a degree in classical guitar in 2010 at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Canarias. Later, he came into contact with flamenco guitar in Granada, where he worked regularly as a soloist at the Parador de La Alhambra. Later, he moved to Holland, where he obtained a master's degree in jazz guitar and collaborated on flamenco projects with guitarists Rezar Domínguez and Jerónimo Maya.
