Self-Esteem & Resilience Building Program - Leading to Better Grades, Better Mental Health & Better Future ProspectsTranslate this text using Google Translate.

A step-by-step tuition program that: Builds self-esteem Increases resilience Improves wellbeing Improves communication Improves study skills Resources provided include: -Mentoring -3D animation videos to explain concepts -Worksheets -Other supplementary materials Who i've worked with; -students at prestigious schools across the world (e.g. Eton College, St. Paul's) -students at the top universities (e.g. Oxford University, Yale University) -student athletes (e.g. Harvard/Stanford and Team GBR Olympics teams) -recent graduates at the world's top firms (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Slaughter & May) This programme has been turned into a workshop and will be delivered at both Oxford and Cambridge universities for first year students. Every student needs assistance to rebound after the pandemic and lockdowns. I have the expertise to get students back on track. I have tutored students from the most prestigious schools in the country as well as students internationally. I have delivered talks at schools on student success and have authored four books on topics such as productivity, time-management, self-discipline & confidence. I founded the first online personal development academy for teenagers based around a holistic approach to learning. I also create wellbeing & mental health resources for young people at schools and universities. My role is not only in preparing students for the future but it is giving them the confidence to shape it. My objective is to inspire, motivate and cultivate ambitious young students who have the ability to identify and fulfil their aspirations. I combine five interlinked components that, if worked on in tandem, can drastically change a students life for the better and aid them in becoming the pioneers of the future. These 5 strands are: 1) Mindset 2) Wellbeing Management 3) Study Skills 4) Life Skills 5) Leadership Development I place a special emphasis on personal development and this is what makes me different. I believe it is possible to equip students with the mindset and skillset to radically alter their lives for the better. My instruction goes beyond this by including study skills such as note-taking, memory improvement techniques, speed-reading, and effective revision into its program. These skills will stay with pupils and enlighten their entire academic tenure. Finally, my role is also about offering guidance to students in terms of their current issues, academic future and potential career paths. My educational system is a result of years of lessons I myself learned progressing through the academic arena all the way to university level. In addition, it encompasses all the research I have conducted in self-improvement, effective study skills and successful leadership. These methods have been tested and proven successful. I hope to impart this knowledge to the next generation and watch them do great things with it. Yours sincerely, Ash

Private lessons at home in math-physics-chemistry by a PhD from Imperial College London - 3 years of experience in London (5th-term)Translate this text using Google Translate.

As the level of the courses increases over the years, taking advantage of a young student who has experience as a versatile private teacher is often a major asset to perform and then fly to great studies! First of all, when am I available? From September 2020, until 2023 if follow-up over several years is desired. What is my experience in private lessons? I have been giving private lessons for 5 years now. Throughout the last 3 years 2017-2020, I followed 2 students of the French Lycée Charles de Gaulle: a student from 5th to 3rd and a student from 2nd to 12th, at a rate of 2 and 3 hours per week respectively. I have pushed them both towards excellence, my students having averaged 20.5 and 18.7 on their patent and baccalaureate respectively. My final year student joined LSE for an excellent Bachelor in General Economics; and I had the opportunity to prepare him for this new stage by preparing him on certain prerequisite subjects of the Bachelor that the French program does not cover. I thus have a complete knowledge of the scientific programs from the 5th to the terminale, I am aware of the reform of the year 2020/2021, I was recently able to prepare students for the patent and the bac, and I know the systems leading to English universities as well as French preparatory classes. I also gave private lessons for 2 years in France, with high school students. I was also hired by Centrale Lyon for 1 year to tutor in physics for 1st year students. With the health crisis, between March and September 2020, I was also able to learn to take regular lessons by Skype while maintaining effective monitoring. Who am I? I am in September 2020/2021 in the 2nd year of my PhD at Imperial College London, working in biomechanics on a subject bringing together mathematics, chemistry, mechanical physics, computer science and biology. Initially, I come from a small provincial high school where I had my bac S in 2013 with the congratulations of the jury. I subsequently made preparations for Henri IV and Louis-Le-Grand in Paris. I have a double degree since 2019: Centrale Lyon in general engineering and Imperial College London for a master's degree in mechanics - civil engineering - biomechanics, for which I received the award of excellence. My current PhD takes me until 2023 on the South Kensington campus. And who am I as a teacher? - I am now 24 years old and my memories of my 13-17 years are still fresh: I understand most of the feelings of my students, feelings that I have known myself: stress, laziness, discouragement after a bad note, being overloaded with work and subjects ... I have always been on great terms with my students, which gives relaxed, funny and effective lessons, with confident students. - I'm honest and I like a job well done! I teach to help and get results, and I don't let go until it's done. - I am kind and very attentive: I keep abreast of the progress and results of my students, I encourage them and answer their questions by messages outside of class if they need it. What are my strengths? - I come out of a fresh experience with two students of different ages and characters, allowing me to adapt quickly, to quickly understand the difficulties (or the talent) and to adjust my teaching to each student. - Thanks to my 7 years of studies, I have a high level in the scientific subjects offered in secondary school, allowing me to give very clear and colorful explanations to help understanding. - My mother being a French teacher in high school, I have a good understanding of the teachers and how they work. - I train my students as much as I can to be rigorous in their working method, calculations and results reporting, with a view to good results but also to arrive in higher education with a solid background and working method . Do not hesitate to contact me, Looking forward to having once again the opportunity to make my students succeed in a good atmosphere, Wishing you a Happy New Year! Arnault

Top-Ranked Graduate Tutoring – Maths & Physics by Alessandra!Translate this text using Google Translate.

As an alumna of the European School of Brussels III and a recent First-Class Honours graduate from The Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL) with a Master’s in Engineering and Architecture, I offer tutoring support to students of all levels. I’m especially familiar with the European School curriculum, GCSEs, and the International Baccalaureate, and I teach Maths and Physics at any level. I currently tutor several students and have experience tailoring lessons to individual needs. I can teach in English, Spanish, Italian, and German, and I can be contacted in those languages as well as French. Here’s how my lessons work: Once a student reaches out, we schedule a day and time. They send me the topics they’d like to cover, along with any class notes, past exams, or homework. I review the material in advance and prepare tailored exercises so we can make the most of our time together. During the session, we work through everything collaboratively, and I often assign additional exercises or homework to reinforce learning. I take notes live during the lesson on my iPad, and afterwards, I share a complete PDF with everything we covered. If there’s something we didn’t get to, I make sure to finish it and send it over as soon as possible. There’s truly no better feeling than seeing a student gain confidence and succeed in a subject they once found difficult.

Ed has been an excellent tutor for my 13 year old son. He is very knowledgeable in all Math topics and is able to explain Msthbconcepts in a clear straight forward way which makes it very easy for my son to understand the various Maths concepts. He is also able to explain things using different approaches. My don is very happy with the lessons and for the first time in a couple of years he feels confident in Maths! I will highly recommend Ed as a tutor!

Mark has been teaching my six year old son chess for about 6 months. My son always looks forward to his lessons and has made great progress throughout this time. Mark is professional and friendly, and I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a teacher.
