WHAT TO EXPECT: A central part of my practice is sharing, discussion, reflection. Sessions are usually oriented around a certain topic of discussion/sharing, where you would bring a specific question, topic or issue to explore further. We may start (or end) with a tea (with optional assistive herbs), and see where it takes us. Using meditation/discussion as a starting point, intuitively I will guide the session to where I feel it needs to go - such as into a sound bath, further meditation or perhaps we need to do some energetics to move stagnant energies. Sometimes it works the other way around, we can start with a meditation, that may or may not have a specific focus, and from there the session will unfold potentially into points of sharing/discussion. Everyone is different, every day is different ~ so we just go with the flow of what the present moment asks of us.
